We recently had a 12x28 foot sunroom added to our home. It is now the most beautiful room in the house. This was an amazing and wonderful experience watching this come together. The room was completed ahead of schedule. The most important factor leading to such great success, was due to the person constructing it. Joe is a very meticulous person, with great attention to detail. He put it together as if he were building it for himself, and never cut any corners. He is a perfectionist and very professional. He always asked me for my intentions with finishing touches and accommodated these with his recommendations. I would strongly recommend to anyone taking on a similar project, to ensure that it is completed by Joe. Thank you Patio Enclosures for providing us with exactly what we dreamed of.

Overall could not recommend this company. I would of preferred them to not take on the job instead of producing this. From the start was given poor expectations and communication on the process/timeline was nonexistent. Supplies were delivered unexpectedly and left on grass for 2 weeks. Start time was delayed multiple times and there would be days nobody showed up to work with tools and supplies everywhere in yard. Reached out to company they were surprised deck was not completed yet and they reached out to builder. After completion builder left tools and supplies on property for 3 more days. Poor workmanship to top it off; cracks everywhere, landing pad is crooked, couldn't be bothered to take tags off the lumber either. My mother is trying to have this corrected, but shouldn't be this hard to do the job right.

This is my second experience with Patio Enclosures. 10 years ago they replaced my downstairs sunroom. They just replaced my upstairs sunroom. Outstanding service from when I first contacted them until my projects were finished. I had 2 Pella sunrooms replaced. The installer who installed my upstairs sunroom had installed my downstairs one 10 years ago. Both he and his helper worked hard and left my house clean. Very neat.

On November 19, Mark Zanghi came to our home to make recommendations for a screened-in patio enclosure. Mark spent well over two hours with us, working numbers and asking questions.We have a particularly difficult issue with the roof and Mark was able to work around that. He showed us the product, which was quite impressive. We told Mark we would discuss the patio over the weekend, then get back to him.My husband and I are just not able to commit to the project at this time due to the expense involved.Our biggest regret is disappointing Mark. What a nice guy. He’s so knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk to. He’s professional and down to earth and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting him.

We just had a visit from Mark at Patio Enclosures. He was more than friendly and really took his time to understand our needs. He wanted to make it fun for us and he really did. He put no pressure on us. He just explained everything there was to know, taking into consideration our ideas and wishes. It was a long meeting but we made it that way. Many times when you invite someone into your home for something like this, you can't wait for them to leave. Mark did not make us feel that way.

My sales representative, Steve Bradbury was very knowledgeable about the product and took a great deal of time explaining the details.The installers from On the Bubble were fabulous. They were efficient, detail-oriented courteous and very professional It was obvious that they knew their job and did it very well. My new room exceeds my expectations and will be a joy for years to come. I am grateful to all the folks, including Kathy and Robin, who had any part in accomplishing this beautiful addition to my home.

I did not move forward with company, but would like to rate Steve the design consultant. He was great, very knowledgeable on the product and service process. He was a delight to talk to and asked questions like, “what is important to you?” Not just in the project itself but overall service. From what I gather, he was focused on how to make this a smooth experience for us.

Steve B was very professional, arrived on time and was respectful of our time. He presented good ideas for our space and listened to our own until we came up with a few options. He worked with us to find a good price we were comfortable with when ended up doing more than we originally anticipated. He did not try to upsell but definitely presented different tiers of pricing and let us think about the direction we wanted to head. We look forward to the project starting.

I DO NOT recommend this company at all I am so mad at this company.My wife and I decided to have 2 patios installed, things did not go smoothly. We waited 2 months to have patio's installed. The Smaller patio enclosure was installed on time. The larger patio install has had multiple issues, when they came in they installed part of it and then figured out that some of the measurements were wrong, we waited couple months they came back to install. That is when they they realized they took wrong measurements again, we waited 2 more months for them to come back to finish the work 4 months from when they started the work. I was then told the patio was completed. When I got home, I looked at enclosure, they installed the slider so when you open it you walk into a bush instead of the walkway. They said they would fix it. They came back about a few weeks later to fix the issue. when they did they used the same structure and all they did was flipped it and left the door holes in wall from original lock. While waiting for the issues to be resolved we had notice more poorly completed work in 2 corners. They had told us its all custom work (poor finish work) I asked them to fix the holes from handle and poor work on the corners they told me they would not do anymore work. I called several times looking help from managers on duty and they blamed the salesman for taking wrong measurements. They will do nothing more they said. I was not planning on posting anything, until now this week I received a collection notice saying I owe them, money and they have reached out multiple times lies!! I did a 100% 24 months x 0% loan with company. I've called several times to find out what they are talking about and no answer back still

We recently had a sunroom added on to the house, and the work was done by Great Day Builders. The deck builders started things off very efficiently and did excellent work, from the footings to the deck and staircase. Inspections were scheduled and performed in a timely manner. The room installers did a fine job and left the area neat and cleaned up. Jason and Jeff were excellent installing the wings and finishing up the odds & ends. And throughout the process, Delores was fabulous in keeping us informed as to the schedule and status of the job, from original scheduling estimates to the finished job.We can’t wait to start enjoying our new sunroom.

Doris and the young man who did my service I would give 5 plus stars to they were excellent friendly and very professional. The reason for 3 stars is you would think that the glass would have a lifetime warranty on not losing its vacuum gas. Like most top of the line window manufacturers. Now I keep my fingers crossed that no others glass panels go bad because it’s very expensive to replace.

Patio Enclosures worked with me to enclose an existing porch with a screen and glass system to lengthen the time I use it and keep out bugs. The design was terrific. Went over everything and took my questions seriously. Tried very hard to get me the best deal and porch for my budget. Team worked hard throughout the process and kept me notified on materials and schedule. Installation was fast and installers were very knowledgeable and had what they needed. Finished ahead of time. Great service.

Steve came to our house to help with an enclosure for our house. He was great very helpful and very professional. My dog kept trying to be part of the conversation and he was so sweet to my dog. A few weeks later we called him again and he redesigned the whole space because we changed our minds about we wanted without complaint.Great guy !!

I got my front porch enclosed in December. I was a bit skeptical about having it done in the winter, but I was lucky. The winter wasn't too bad. It came out beautiful! The brochure does not do justice. It is absolutely beautiful and I just love it. Now I can sit on my porch anytime that I wantPaul Konigsberg was my Sales Process Supervisor. He has been GREAT! Before, During and After installation. Any time that we had an issue, Paul was there to handle everything. What would patio enclosure do without him? Thank you Paul for everything you have done for us.

Our entire experience with Patio Enclosures was the highlight of our spring home prep for summer. Not only did they help transform the eyesore of an old, dated patio into a beautiful sunroom --- But they did it ahead of schedule! Duane and Donnie did the amazing physical job in less than a week and our original sales rep Steve gave us advice as to the design of our new room and was spot on about it all. We just started looking around for a remodeling project and happened to reach out to patioenclosures for a review visit. Steve was puncutal and was truly great, very knowledgeable and customer focussed.
