MW Roofing replaced our 30-year-old deck last spring. Their price was very reasonable and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were here when they said they would be and finished in the timeframe they estimated. They cleaned up the jobsite each night before leaving and were very pleasant to deal with. We were so pleased with the experience and the quality of their work that we had them come back and replace our kitchen window. We wanted a larger window, so they had to expand the opening in the wall, etc.. Once again it was a great experience all around and we are thrilled with the final result. I highly recommend these guys.

If I could give no stars for this place, I would. Since google requires at least one star, I’ll attribute that to Google allowing for me voice my opinion and experience with this terrible roofing company. Terrible customer service and lack of follow up and follow through. Waited weeks for a call back and had to constantly call and leave messages. Quotes are provided and then they go dormant on continuing to schedule you. They will begin work without notice and the completion of work is subpar and similar to a small contracted business where you get what you pay for. Had to shell out a considerable amount for the repairs to be yet again, corrected by a more credible and reputable company. My advice, run for the hills. I implore more customers to post their experience with this place. They also seem to be a bit racist and I will never work with them or place a call for them again. Anytime I see a MW Roofing truck, I get chills and frustrated knowing how they treated me from beginning to end. I should’ve known it would end this way for me when they lacked the ability to answer a phone call to inquire for service and follow up. Zero stars and a million thumbs down.

They took their time with us while we chose the prefect style and color. From the beginning to the end they made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. MW was one of three roofing companies that I asked to estimate replacing my roof in December of 2019. Their quote was complete, the estimator was knowledgable and responsive to our needs. MW's bid was the lowest price, best installation plan and their availability was discussed.We awarded the roof replacement t MW and they were able to install the roof earlier than expected. The installation was one day with a great crew. the team was careful, safe and able to answer any questions that I had. Job was charged as estimated.Great job and the roof looks great! I have been recommending them to all my friends.

Great company! Chad and his crew use quality products, are fast workers, and - most importantly - do stellar work. My husband and I could not be happier with our new roof and gutters. Also, Chad and Ellie are a pleasure to deal with and are extremely accommodating. We had several companies come out and give us estimates on a new roof and gutters. The competition's prices were outrageous and their salesmen called constantly. MW Roofing gave us a fair price and were not pushy at all. My roof was completed in a timely manner. They showed up on time and replaced all wood and shingles in just under 2 days. I couldn't believe how hard they worked. Their price was very competitive and in my case they were the low bidder. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a roof or gutters. We contracted with MW this fall to install new siding, shutters, soffits, and gutters. We were impressed that Joe D'Atilio, the project manager, helpfully specified each part of the project, complete with options for different levels of product. We were able to thereby select upgraded siding and the type of gutter covers we wanted, at a very competitive price compared to other vendors. Kudos to Ellie, a partner in the business and a very hands-on manager, for providing timely and detailed information about which activities were scheduled at each stage of the project. Customer service and the quality of the work were exceptional. They arrived early and did not leave until the work was done. The owner, Chad also came by to ensure that all went well - during and after the roof was complete...plus it was a Saturday!!!. Overall, we had an excellent experience and our roof looks wonderful. The price beat out everyone as well. We shopped around for quite a while and M&W had the best prices around. I would recommend anyone who needs a new roof to call them ASAP!!

We had a car ram our house and destroy a lot of the siding. (true story). I asked around and was told the fastest moving organization to help would be MW Roofing. Who knew they did siding? Best experience we've had. Ellie the office manager was great to work with. The replacement blended in perfectly. In fact, for some reason, the entire house looked better. Can't say enough about MW Roofing. I'll call them next of any home repairs.

I have one wall siding and whole roofing replacements recently. We searched and found MW Roofing LLC. I am happy to say I had the best experience I had had. Ellie, the office manager was great to work with (easy understanding, efficient response and consideration of client), even though I was not in Delaware State and not came to on-site. The job were well done. They also did some extra work (not contracting to) for free. Ellie and her company is trustable. I am very pleased by work with Ellie (smart people are always happy to work with.).

I contacted MW Roofing to inspect my roof for areas of improvement and to replace loose and missing shingles. The representative was quite polite and shared a wealth of information during our discussion. Unfortunately, I was promised a return phone call which I did not receive. I waited a few days and cotacted the Company once again at the start of the week of September 9, 2019. The same representative from our previous call answered the call, was polite, and explained that they are quit busy this time of year but that I would receive a call or follow-up email once she spoke to Chad. Today is Thursday, September 12, 2019 and I have not received a call to follow-up on our conversation or provide an update to my request. While I suspect the company is reputable and trusted, based on the reviews I read and the recommendation from a family member, the lack of responsiveness is a concern to me as a future consumer of their services. Based on the lack of response and follow-up I experienced, I can only award MW Roofing 1 star. Consequently, I have chosen to discontinue my request to contract MW Roofing for this or future projects. Note: my feedback reflects my personal experience with the Company's responsiveness. I cannot offer feedback on their workmanship quality, value, and the employees punctuality since I have not engaged their services in order to evaluate those components.

I did a lot of shopping around prior to getting my estimate from M&W . They were prompt , polite and very knowledgeable . The estimate was more of a quote because it was spot on with the final contracted price for the job . My job was scheduled during a rainy time of the season so there had to be some flexibility on both our parts for the scheduling but on the agreed date , they were at the house on time and got right to work . The were even respectful of the fact that I had my dogs in the back yard that needed to be worked around as well ! The roof and gutters came out exactly how I expected them too and both look awesome ! I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so . Thanks for a Great Job and a reasonable price !

Very professional company with top notch craftsman. Pricing is great and beat all competitors in the area substantially. MW roofing took a stressful situation of a huge whole in my roof and made it a very easy stress free experience with a new roof. I would absolutely use them again on future projects and future homes! Very unfavorable experience. We started the process in September, call company back 3 times before receiving a quote for gutters, this should have been a red flag to go somewhere else. Spoke with Allie on the phone and she said she would get a quote to me. A Quote was received 2 weeks or so later with the wrong color on it. I did not catch this and signed the quote. Heard nothing for another 4 weeks (I had actually gave up and was going to pursue another company after the holidays) but I then received an email apologizing for the delay and stating my gutters would be installed the following week but I would receive a notice telling me what day they would be installed. I heard nothing until I got an email that my gutters were installed. I had no idea they were coming to my house and I cannot imagine what this did to my German shepherd in the house, I am sure she went crazy. The gutters are white and my house is tan, all the houses around me have matching gutters, this is required by our civic association. I called to explain this would not be acceptable in my neighborhood and was told that white was on the quote and I should have caught it. Allie stated she would talk with the owner and call me back; once again I received no call that day. I received an email the next day stating Chad authorized her to offer to replace the front gutters for an additional $550.00 or the company could paint them, which would be substantially more than replacing them. She also offered to help me match the paint if I wanted to paint them myself. I called to state my dissatisfaction with the whole experience and stated I will mail a check. She said they could give me a discount to cover me painting my gutters. The discount was a total of $139.50. I am grateful for the discount however, for them to paint my gutters it would have been ‘substantially more’ than $550.00, but the fact that I have to paint them, it is worth $139.50?To add to the our dissatisfaction, when taking down the Christmas lights, my husband noted numerous holes left in my house from the old gutters. He had to fill them in but we can only reach the lower ones, I am fairly sure there are unfilled holes in the higher ones that may cause damage in the future.This was a company I was considering for my new roof, I would not trust them with a job of that magnitude and cost after this experience.

MW Roofing recently put a lovely roof on my home. They did a fantastic job! Chad, the owner, is very detail oriented, extremely knowledgeable, and has that "old" pride that many companies lack. Mark, the first man that came, and gave me the estimate was the best. He was the only one, of the three other companies I had estimates from, that took pictures of my roof to show me. Once I picked MW, and couldn't decide on the shingle color; he got out his ladder, climbed up on the roof, propped the choices in the gutter, so I could see how they would look. Shawn, the project mangaer, once the job started, was also very detail oriented, and made sure everything was done correctly. He asked me every day if I had any questions; plus, I could call him on his cell phone, and always reached him, not his machine. Ellie, the office manager, was very caring, and made sure Chad received all my questions. They are a top notch company that I highly recommend!!!

Chad is very personable and thorough in his explanation of the job to be done. MW just completed our complete tear-off and roof replacement, which included a few small items that were not included in other contractor estimates, such as silicone vent collars, vents painted to match roof. The job was completed by a team that arrived as scheduled, worked fast, and completely cleaned up the yard, etc. upon completion each day. They took particular care of plantings and landscaping. They use quality products and do quality work. We are very pleased with our new roof, and happy that we chose MW for the job.

I used MW roofing to replace my roof a few years back. The roof is covering loft space instead of an attic, to which becomes extremely hot during the summer. While they did do a decent job in installing, it was very difficult to get in contact at times. They left much debris and nails on the driveway and within the roof. It took a few months to have someone come back out to repair the siding that was hanging, tiles that were curling that they said was normal and the window screen that was damaged. Now, a few years later it is hotter than ever in the attic, I called and emailed multiple times at the tail end of 2020 and someone came out to inspect and only gave a potential solution. But since I followed up to go over the options with the estimate with back to back emails and calls with no replies. As I am looking to fix this, since we are back in the summertime and I have to find a new company for attic ventilation solutions as well as to repair the curling tile. I met Chad a few years back when shopping for prices on a new roof for my home. Chad was friendly, courteous, accomodating and professional. A few months later, I had one or two concerns about the job, Chad was back in just a day or two to follow up and address them. In addition, I had Chad come back to roof another area, power wash my home as well as replace the frame around my garage doors. His prices were reasonable and no job was too small. Love MW Roofing!

The entire exterior of our house needed to be renovated. This included the roof, siding, 15 windows, front door with side lites, gutters with downspouts, garage doors and garage door openers. After receiving proposals from at least 3 companies, for all phases of the work, we agreed to award the renovation to MW Roofing.We have to say that everyone we spoke to and/or met with, including Mark, Ellie, Joe, Mike, Jason and finally Chad was extremely professional as well as concerned with making sure that our project was given the attention it deserved, right down to the smallest detail. This included protecting our shrubs when removing the old shingles and ensuring that there were no nails or other debris left behind at the end of each day. We received regular updates during each phase of the renovation, whether it be about a delay due to whether or the next step in the process.After MW Roofing was finished and after we had met with the owner Chad, we had a painter come in and paint all of the new trim that Jason had installed around each of the new windows. In the words of our painter, "This is true craftsmanship, I didn't need to caulk anything, only paint".If you're looking for professionals, to provide any of the services mentioned above, do yourself a favor and call MW Roofing.
