We woke up to no hot water & reduced water flow. I called service today & they sent out a tech to handle our problem. Tyler explained our problem ( needed new hot water heater). He went & picked up a new one & promptly installed it. It was all done in 1 day. He was professional & he explained everything to us. We were very satisfied with his work.

I called Service Today on the recommendation of the previous homeowner. They got me scheduled quickly, didn't try to upsell me, and were incredibly efficient. They were tidy, improved the layout of the exhaust and condensation piping to make it easier to walk around the system. Tim was so polite and showed me how to change my filters. I will definitely be coming back!

Josh K. was the greatest. He was prompt, informative, polite, and knowledgeable. He got the new hot water heater in in no time and went out of his way to get what we wanted. Service Today is great, a little pricey, but it is worth it because they answer right away, their service is prompt and you don't have to wait days to find a plumber, electrician, etc.

Nathaniel was great. He arrived on time today, assessed my furnace to see why it was blowing cold air. He explained what needed to be done and proceeded to service my furnace. He went above and beyond to check my oil tank as well and notified me that it needed oil and to call the oil service company for delivery. Overall, I highly recommend Service Today and Nathaniel for service excellence.

Super fair and knowledgeable. Brandon went over easy fixes for multiple issues at hand and cost evaluation for each specific item.Then went into a detailed cost evaluation for a complete replacement. Gave me best scenario for my money. Also took the time to educate me on my new water heater Incase a future issue ever was to arise. Product and work is all under warranty, making the transaction worth it in the long run.

Brandon was great. Informed me of the choices for a new water heater. Installed a new heater and removed the old one by himself . The area he was working in was left completely intact and everything cleaned up. I appreciated his hard work .

My suggestion to those who are thinking about using this company is to read the other one star reviews on Google and then search for Service Today complaints history on the BBB website.I have used these guys for more than ten years. But in the last 2 years I found they can't be trusted. Recently my system failed. Service tech came and could not restart (but I was charged for the service call anyway). I was left overnight with no heat. A tech from a different company came the next morning and had the system running in 20 minutes. In both cases I was told the system might fail again and if so replacement parts would be needed, which Service Today said must be ordered and arrival time was unknown. Other company had parts in stock. Service Today price was about $3,000 vs. about $600 for the other firm! This is not the first time they tried to upsell me. Tech told me I needed a surge protector on my heat pump. When I responded that I had whole house surge protection tech said that wouldn't cover the heat pump, which was just wrong. Another time I was told I was going to "need a new heat exchanger" and although they could be replaced there was an extensive wait time so I should have the system replaced instead. (Heat exchanger is fine.) Last year I was told a part was "about to fail" on my heat pump, so I paid to have it replaced. Now I can't be sure that was true it needed replacement. I can't continue to use a company I can't trust to tell me what I actually need. In fairness to the company, when I complained I was contacted by phone by a member of "senior management" but all she could do was apologize.

I'm so glad I chose Service Today. The electrician, Travis, was awesome !! Came right in and got to work. Had my family back up and running within 30 minutes. He knew from his readings exactly what he was looking for and solved the problem. Thank you so much Travis !!

This is the second time I have had a unit installed with problems. I am getting a Trane SOP 04.01 now on the panel and a a Trane Err 126. It would be nice if Service Today proactively called to see if these installs are working.

Pleasant and very professional .Well where he was very nice and professional, he did not correct the issue. We still have the water leaking from the same pipe he fixed. Problem is we called in the issue and no one has bothered to call us back. This company got paid for an emergency call rate and the technician did not do a very good job, and the company does not care about correcting the problem they already got paid for. I would have thought someone would have already called us. What happened to the on call tech they have for these kind of issues?We are so very disappointed!Here we are Monday and the problem still exists. We had a technician come out Sunday to take care of the problem, but when he got, here he could not fix it because he did not have a tool that needed. Today we should have had the issue taken care of between 8AM and 10AM, but it's now 10:02 and No one is here. I spoke to Asley at the office and she stated she would get someone here, spoke to a manager and she said someone is on the way, commented "can not change what happened over the weekend, but would get the problem fixed".Manager while she stated the problem will get fixed, came across as very unsympathetic.Really thinking twice as to whether to continue using Service Today going forward.

The technician did a fine job. I checked with a local plumber in my home town and received an estimate for the work that was performed. There price for the same parts and service would have been $526.00. Your charge was much more. I will not be using your company again.

Kyle did an amazing job working with my oil furnace, he has alot of knowledge when it came to my furnace and explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it. Roberto did not force a predetermined cause and solution but took my feedback about the on-again, off-again Error Code 11 and completed the maintenance of the Rinnai. It is now working great. The cost for their service was ~$100 less than another company. A big thumbs up to Roberto and Leon.

A warning to all to research cost of what you are paying for as i already had this info. Also it would behoove you to read all the responses from management to the bas reviews because its obvious there is a pattern once you read them all. They quoted me a 1000 to 1300 to swap out a different wall mounted smartphone interface. A decent user interface you can buy for 50 to 300 along with 10 mins of rewiring. Other companies quoted me 350, under 500, 400 a month ago to take care of everything and i thought that was too expensive. Cancelled service contract to use company I know I can trust and will just wait until Monday. I bought service contract because it would make service fee for weekend 49 dollars just like weekday. Clearly this is how they try yo make up for after hours services. I can just use heater in loving room and my room for the weekend and wait until Monday!
