We got several quotes for a renewed roof on our house. Posh gave us a very professional presentation of their service and was competitively priced, so we opted to work with them. They were a couple of days delayed in starting our project and didn't notify us immediately of the the delay, however when they started the job it went quickly. Ryan was the contact person for my questions as they were doing the work. He returned my calls quickly and was good in clarifying my concerns. Ryan came after the job was completed to check that we were satisfied with the job and offered to address a couple of minor issues. All in all, a good experience.

We were experiencing a difficult time getting roofers to respond to the need to replace a few shingles on our roof. Posh roofers actually answered our request to come within 2 days to make repairs. The job was completed with an estimate of how long the current roof would be good before needing a change. Surprise, it wasn't this or next year! I recommend Posh Roofers.

I had Posh Remodeling install a new roof on my 103 year old house. It’s a super steep roof and not only did they have to rip off the 3 layers of shingles from previous owners, they also had to rip off a layer of metal AND the original cedar planks. They did all of that and gave me a whole new roof in 1.5 days. It was a very quick process for them and i’m definitely impressed! They also cleaned up very well after themselves. I got quotes from a few other local companies and none of them gave me nearly as fair of a price as Posh did. It took 7 months for Posh to fix the leak in my roof. Many unanswered phone calls, texts, emails, no call/no show appointments. Customer service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. Rude, sarcastic. Trying to argue with me that there wasn't a problem with my roof, yet posted a picture of my roof with the caption "another seamless repair by Posh". My roof IS fixed. Repair was done. Only took 7 months and months of aggravation. Stay far away from this company.

I am not one to just give negative comments, and I believe the way people act off the job, directly relates to how they act on the job.  If I could give zero stars, I would.  Owner is a chauvinistic jerk.  Complete lack of professionalism.  Try Morse Roofing & Siding if you want a reputable, professional company to do business with.  This guy is a joke!

Mike was very Knowledgeable and made sure what I wanted on my roof. Example instead of particle board(junk), I want plywood and my drip edge I wanted 4 inch instead of the usual stuff. He made sure I got what I wanted.They said 1 day to have our roof done, and that also was great.Service: Roof damage repair

I had vinyl placed on my home.There were two areas that had to be repaired thru oversight of the subcontractor. Posh Remodeling did have a different sub contractor come and repair the areas and made it all right. My home has beautiful vinyl on it and looks wonderful.

I worked directly with Mike L. on a new roof this year. After obtaining quotes (or experiencing no-shows) from other companies, my overall experience with Mike was very good. He was clear in his initial assessment, installation and materials options review, and pricing considerations. He did a good job coordinating the installing team and times from there. The team that installed the roof completed the entire job in a single day and that included a thorough cleanup. EDIT to original post: When my roof was installed I had gutter guards and discussed how to handle those during installation and was told the installers would be cautious around them. The correct move is to have them removed before installation. The Posh installers nailed the gutter guards into the roof which means there's no practical way to remove them in the event you need to access your gutters. 2 years later I've had to have the gutter guards cut out with some of the materials nailed to the roof remaining there. When I contacted Posh for potential help with this issue they become unresponsive. Hopefully a heads up if you have guards and are in the market for a new roof.Service: Roof installation

We’re very happy with the service, punctuality & quality of this business & their employees! After discovering a leak in our roof, We had our entire roof replaced. Mike from sales was very punctual after we were in contact with him. He had 3 men out to our house within a day of contact. The men got done the job done in 7 hours including clean up and did a fantastic job. Mike came out to our home within an hour of the job to check and make sure everything looked good. The price was very reasonable as well. We weren’t beat out of our pocket and got quality to go with it. We will be using them in the future for our other maintenance/replacing needs!! Posh Remodeling fully replaced my 28 year old roof. The team arrived promptly and got straight to work. They took care to cover my deck and driveway for protection, were sure to clean up all of their debris when they finished, and completed the entire process in a single day. Mike was communicative and professional through the entire process - from the initial quote (which was significantly lower than their competitors), to answering all of my questions about what was included and financing options, to the finishing touches, to ensure that everything ran smoothly. I am very pleased with the job that Posh Remodeling did and will definitely be using them in the future for the remaining projects my home needs.

I found a leak during one of the recent storms. After further inspection, I found an older leak as well. We called Posh on Friday and they had Mike stop over that evening.Out of curiosity, I just wanted to see how much a new roof would cost. I explained we weren’t look for one yet just in the next 4-5 years. Mike had a very through presentation, walked me through everything and even presented competitor pricing. Not only was their price very, very competitive, there was no pressure to buy and he was happy to walk through everything.The repair crew showed up that Monday morning to take care of the leaks and did a fantastic job with the repair and clean up. Our roof is over 10 years old and everything blended perfectly. You can’t tell the difference between the repair work and the existing roof.I could not be more impressed with a company. I will absolutely be calling them when it is time for a new roof. They have earned my future business. I will highly recommend them to all our friends, family and neighbors. It would be a mistake not to check these folks out.

I had my siding replaced after a storm and I will be having my roof done this weekend. Mike from sales did a thorough job at explaining what the company offers, financing and the components of the roof. These guys have some of the best prices around! The quality of their work is top notch. German who leads the project kept in touch with me through each step and verified colors, patterns, etc. He makes sure the work gets done in a timely manner. Very professional from the beginning with Mike Laurent the estimator. Dealing with Mike was very respectful and very informative on roofing details and finance. We recently had our roof and gutters done by Posh remodeling and it looks great! The crew worked very diligently and got the roof done within a few hours and a few days later finished up the gutters. Michael and his team did a great job for me at a reasonable price. My house had a very old roof. They replaced the roof, installed new vinyl soffit, and wrap the rake boards in aluminum. Good work quality. 10/10 rating. Would totally hire them again.

After a major storm in early to mid July, we had some water damage in our newly purchased 50+ year old house. I was already under contract with another company to have new gutters installed so I called them to come look at the water damage and determine if we needed a new roof or repair. I figured, since I was already a customer, that they would be out quickly. Not so much. They couldn't even come out to check on the damage for more than three weeks! I called around and received the same response from 2 or 3 other contractors. I found Posh Remodeling on Facebook and called them around 7 pm in the evening hoping to leave a message to have someone call me. I was surprised when Mike L. answered the phone! I explained my issue and he said he could be out in 2 days. He called the next day to say that his schedule opened up and he could be out that day. After he looked at our issue, and went through his sales pitch about the company and their product and process, I signed up on the spot. My concern was we were scheduled to have more bad weather and the gutter install from the other company was going to happen in about 5 days. No worries! Mike had a 5 man crew there 2 days later on Saturday. THey worked nearly 13 straight hours and then finished the next day! I was impressed with the work, and the cleanliness. After storm Isaias came through last week, we did notice a little issue in our sunporch. Mike had a crew out two days later. Everything looks great even after another storm this past weekend. I am very impressed with their timeliness, professionalism and reliability when I mentioned that I thought there might still be an issue. Posh Remodeling did a neighbors roof a couple of weeks ago. My neighbor and I were so impressed with their work we asked someone to come talk to us about getting our roofs replaced. Josh came to my house that Saturday afternoon and explained the GAF Timberline HD shingles they recommend. They installers are certified with GAF. Josh spoke to my neighbors a couple of days later and there were also impressed with Posh Remodeling. My neighbor and I are in adjoining townhouses and both agreed on Posh Remodeling for our roof replacement. They did a A+ quality job. It was a 2 day job because of weather. They completely cleaned up the debris each evening when finished. Mike the owner was fantastic. He was on site to make sure everything was going the way it's supposed to be and was there to inspect the job when finished. I can't say enough good things about Posh Remodeling, Mike, Josh and the workers. I highly recommend them to anyone. They will be doing their 4th roof in my neighborhood this week. I highly recommend Posh Remodeling. This past Friday, we found a leak in our roof and when I reached out to social media, Mike contacted me immediately via Facebook Messenger. He had a consultant out to my house that night. The next day, Saturday, the roof surveyor came and inspected the roof. On Monday, the roof was fixed.
