If I could give more stars, I would. Biosphere Remediation was referred to us by a friend when Servpro didnt show up. I called and left a message for Chris the eve of Thanksgiving regarding a master bathroom remediation that needed done. He texted back within minutes and stated he was in Mexico on vacation but could come out first thing Monday morning upon return. If that wasnt good enough, Chris checked in on us throughout the evening and Thanksgiving day as we started the tear down process in the bathroom. Giving us pointers and steps on what to do as we went. While he was on vacation! That is above and beyond anything he needed to do! Chris showed up with a team ready to go first thing Monday morning. When he realized the shower had to come out, he didnt wait for me to find someone to do it, he called out his own contractor to take it out so they could continue the remediation that day. He explained what was being done step by step and checked in throughout the process. The price was more than fair and even cheaper than you would have found anywhere else. He even stayed after repair to meet our contractor to go over everything.When we got a denial from our insurance from a small minimal spot of mold on the subfloor under the house, Chris called me immediately and went to bat for us. Another thing that he didnt have to do but went out of his way to do.Chris is above and beyond amazing. I will never recommend anyone else.
