I am sorry but I am not happy with a few things:1. I had to ask if you fixed the pipe in the crawl space that you identified, you didn't know and had to check. It wasn't fixed.2. You added pvc pipes as downspouts on both sides of the house. One was turn to come out the front of the house. The other side comes out on the side. It looks totally different and terrible. I now have to pay someone else to fix this.3. You never closed the crawl space..., left the door to it on the side of the house. Crawl space was totally opened.I am sad to report this. I thought this company was more professional.

I’ve been a property manager for over 13 years and I have never been more PLEASED with a mold remediation/environmental services company. This company is the BEST! From first contact with Heather all the way through the entire process with Matt and his team, the entire experience was exceptional!Originally, I called Matt out to do duct cleaning for a client of mine, but upon further inspection he and his team found the dryer vent was incorrectly installed by the home builder and had disintegrated in the crawlspace. Over three inches of lint had been deposited on the floor of the crawlspace. In addition, because of the moisture buildup in the crawlspace, black mold had formed inside the crawlspace.Matt immediately scheduled the property for remediation. He was back the next day to install a barrier to prevent further contamination. He called his recommended HVAC partner company and the owner drove to the property within a few hours to access the HVAC system which also needed remediation. Explanations and photos were provided during the entire process.Having been the project manager on mold remediation projects several times, I can tell you straight up that Matt and his HVAC partner Lloyd are 100% honest. They know exactly what they are doing. They are perfectionists.Matt and his team are knowledgeable, responsive, thorough, professional, and they do the job correctly. Matt responded to us the day our basement flooded on a Sunday. And he stayed all evening and WORKED. He came back the next morning removed all water and moisture that affected our finished basement. We knew we had a mold issue in the ladies bathroom that had been dealt with by us using techniques like Kilz and other things, but this was bigger than what we thought. Not only did we find out about what kind of mold this was, but we were told that because it was outside wall issues, we were shown what we could do to help prevent it happening again. We did the outside work. Healthy Home Solutions did the inside work, and everything looks great. We were told every product they would use and how they would keep spores from spreading. The work took the time we were told and cleanup was done as if no one had even been there. We were very pleased with Healthy Home Solutions.We were most pleased being called to tell us what day they would be here and they kept to their word, and we were called as they were leaving the business to come ti the job. Dave was on time and did a great job. My dryer vents had not been cleaned in a long time. Dave did a though cleaning at a reasonable price. He made certain that the area behind the dryer and on the roof was spotless before he left. I was impressed with Dave's knowledge and professionalism. He and his wife are a pleasure to deal with. When I found out I had mold, Black Mold non the less, in my basement, I panicked. I called Health Home Solutions and they immediately made me feel at ease. When they came out to inspect the job they were extremely thorough and understood the urgency of the situation. Matt educated me on not only what they had to do but tell me exactly what other contractors, unaffiliated with them, needed to do to ensure I was not recontaminating my house and what they already re-mediated. They were very courteous of my time and my home while they were here. Might I add this was a large job. They knew how difficult it was ensuring my dogs were kept safe and my time was valuable. It is rare that when contractors leave my house I don't have to vacuum and scrub but when Matt and his crew left my house I didn't, it was just fine. I hope I will never need them again, however in the event I do, they will be the first call I make. Thank you Healthy Home Solutions for making my sick house healthy again. It is very difficult to manage a home when you are physically 1,000 miles away. I had several major issues that Matt dealt with. One was a freezer full of food that had rotted. Matt removed it, cleaned the area and eliminated the odor.Next, I had a failed sump pump and water in the basement. Once again, Matt to the rescue. When he notice mold developing, he advised me on the solution. It was necessary to treat it and then remove contents from the home so that mold would not take over.The cleaning everything out of the house was a major job. Matt and his wife, Heather were very compassionate and understanding of the emotional toll it had on me. They contacted me when they found something that they thought I might want to keep. They took pictures so that I could make decisions about things, too. That was very supportive for me. In addition, Matt took items I wanted to donate to the sites I indicated.Matt was extremely reliable and resonded immediately when contacted.
