On Good Friday the day before our family vacation, we had a pipe burst in our upstairs bathroom. It flooded three rooms and the hallway. I called C&B Complete and they arrived within the hour and assured me it would be completed by the time I got home. They kept me informed the whole time, and when I got back from vacation, all of the mitigation work was complete and very clean! Can’t say enough about this crew. They are consummate professionals and would never use anyone else!

Reduced to one star because they called me 3x about this review and then told me again about how bad my insurance company is screwing other people. Repeatedly trashed my insurance company by implying my house will be sitting unfinished like another house in ocean pines and that my insurance company doesn’t pay enough for them. Repeated these statements, as if to scare me and make me act immediately. Really nasty stuff. Not nice or helpful. Wouldn’t have hired them if they had been honest about what they will do. Matt knew which insurance company I had - he was there when I filed he claim.C&B was recommended by my plumber after a plumbing backup soaked several rooms. Matt arrived to do an initial inspection and was confident that he could get us back to new. Matt indicated he worked with my insurance company, and would be able to do so directly. We agreed that C&B would be working on both the mitigation and the replacement flooring. Myself and my insurance agent were both under the impression that this was the case. Matt was in my kitchen with me as I called my insurance company.The drying process began quickly and I had no concerns. The teams were fast and reliable. However, on one scheduled visit, a team of two young women arrived after 10:30 am and then left around noon. They told me they were called to a different job, so a new crew would have to come back later to finish the job.When the water mitigation was over, conveniently Matt is out of town and there were no notes indicating that they’d been contracted to do the flooring or refer me to someone else. Eventually I was told that they weren’t going to finish my floors because they don’t like to work with my insurance company (?) so I’m on my own for the rest of it. It seemed like they were referring me to another company only as a favor to me.This felt like a bait and switch, because I wouldn’t have hired them if I had known they wouldn’t do the entire job. I’m not sure if I was misled originally or they just changed their mind in the middle of the job. They might call it a “miscommunication.” Either way, I’m stuck finding my own contractor for the flooring. This is a huge hassle. Again, I would not have hired them if Matt hadn’t said they were able to do the entire job - now I’m stuck without floors and a kitchen trying to figure out a bad position.

Very professional starting with Patrick, moving on to entire set/removal crew to Dylan and associate doing equipment removal. Thorough explanation of needs/process follows all procedures to be done according to Sussex environmental to ensure complete remediation and disposal. All staff very polite and friendly. Highly recommend this company to assist with mold/ water etc

Matt came and assessed damage the same day we called and had team arrive to do the cleanup and place fans and dehumidifiers the same. After a few days Dylan arrived and verified all was dry and removed equipment. Overall everyone was very responsive, quick but thorough at getting the job done and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

They say the average homeowner has one claim every 50 years. We are extremely happy that we chose C & B Cleaning & Construction ! From day one all of the individuals that we have dealt with on a daily basis have been professional and always accommodating to what needs to be accomplished on any day. The people that we have dealt with are: Matthew, Mallory, Maggie, Mike and many others from C & B that have worked on our house after it was flooded by a broken cold water valve. Everyone that they have sub-contracted has completed a very nice job to get our house back to the way it was before the accident. We were extremely lucky to be connected to C&B by our plumber. We are new to the area and had a very bad leak in an upstairs bathroom. Not only was the C&B team incredibly quick and responsive, but Matt, who we worked with, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful in his assessment and answered every question we could have. He also helped make our process with the insurance company relatively painless, which was perhaps the biggest relief. The company quickly went into action to prevent further damage and to mitigate the concerns. I’m not one to write reviews, but I’ve been telling everyone I know how great this company has been with our concern and wanted to pop on here to share with anyone else who is deciding on house-related work. 100% recommend.

This company has a really great core- you can tell from their employees. Chase helped with water damage from a washing machine that I really thought was going to take months to fix- turns out with the right team and company it only took a day! C and B EMS service in my home in Berlin was right on the money in that Dylan and Luke were very professional, friendly and answered all of my concerns.
