Mark came out the same day to identify the problem with water leaking significantly into our basement during heavy rain. Communication was spot on and he arrived on time and fixed the problem the first time, even after we had tried a diy solution. He knew better product to use than what we had tried, and we are so grateful for his help! Our basement has stayed completely dry ever since!

Mark’s business model of relying on trust did not align with our needs. We couldn’t get clarity on a date and time of when the project would start. While Mark’s pricing may be cheaper than others, we were surprised that he charged us for the time he spent conducting research. We were not aware of this until it was time to pay him as we could have done the research ourselves. I do appreciate that Mark is knowledgeable and very honest with his customers.Service: General repairs

I had a leaky basement issue. I posted the issue on The Nextdoor app. Mr. Copple was the first person to provide me his number right away on the post, asking for details on the issue. To my surprise, he came right away to look into my basement leak and solved it quickly. He saved my house from a big disaster. Honestly, I feel so blessed to having him as a handyman in our community. Till last week, I never knew such a person exist in our community. Thanks to the nextdoor app!! He is very genuine, dedicated, approaches the issues very practically, very knowledgeable, not money oriented, very kind and concerned. He is very proactive. He even did a follow up call to find if everything is OK. Very helpful and even ready to extend a hand when needed. On the whole, my opinion is, if anyone needs a handyman, he is the right choice and trustworthy!!
