I paid Mike almost $15,000.00 to do work for me. I was very impressed. He is a veteran and I wanted to help him out so I lent him $25,000. We had a signed and witnessed two year contract. That was 21 months ago. He came to work maybe 6 times after that. I have not seen or heard from him in over 6 months. I am now hiring others to complete the work and planning on going to Small Claims Court in the very near future.Oh, there are others who have this experience with him. I would love to hear from them. We originally hired Mike to re-attach some exterior hardy plank boards that came loose. He then fixed some marks on the siding and repainted the area. After that he repaired a portion of our driveway. He was responsive and professional.

Michael installed bathroom floors, new vanity, sink, and replaced outdoor railing. He was prompt, very respectful, great communication. Very happy with completed job. I definitely recommend Delmarva Coastal Construction !
