Horizon Services is an excellent company to work with. Their communication is great from the appointment set up to the date of service. They sent reminders via email as well as calling 30 minutes before Technician arrival. The Service Technicians are wonderful. He told us what he was doing and why. I have been a Customer for about 7 years that in itself should tell you how good they are. They have annual tune-up programs/specials, spring and winter for both Air and Heat systems, great value, peace of mind service, trouble shooting programs. I would recommend them 100%.

Horizon installed a sump pump in my crawl space that was previously encapsulated by First Class HVAC. I want to thank Andy & Team for taking care of the issue. Andy provided great communication and pictures of the completed work. Will certainly use Horizon in the future. Thank you!

Mike Wenger was great! He helped me program my thermostat so I can operate it from my phone something no other tech took the time to do. He was pleasant from the time he arrived. Came with his own booties. Just a great experience overall. I hope that he is my permanent tech!

The Technician (William F.) was prompt, polite, professional and was engaging. William explained the repair in detail, asked multiple times if I had any questions before starting the repair and also made sure to let me know that he was there to answer any questions that I may think of during the repair. The repair was performed flawlessly in an extremely timely manner. He also placed boot/shoe protectors on over his boots before entering my home. William went over my invoice prior to my paying and made sure I knew to give Horizon a call if any further service is needed. This is the second time I have enlisted Horizon’s help with my heating needs and would definitely without a doubt contact them in the future if the need arises. Thank You to everyone at Horizon for making this situation as easy and stress free as possible.

Found myself needing service quickly and on a Friday afternoon. I randomly chose Horizon and I am certainly glad I did. The customer service Representative that took the call was very professional and helpful. They were able to send a technician the very next morning and they followed the instructions needed to alert our tenant of the appointment and their arrival. The technician was very professional and kept me in the loop the whole time he was at the location. He was able to resolve the issue and was very fair and reasonable on the price. My technician, Ben, was awesome. He explained to me what the problem was and why it was happening then told me what to do instead do the problem would stop happening.He fixed the problem and charged me the inspection fee but not the fee for fixing it cause he said it was so simple.(Simple for him cause he's knowledgeable about these things.)😊He then helped me put together my complicated hosing connections and explained to me I had a wrong hose and why. But the hose works great now.I am very happy with Ben's work.He was very friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable.I really like the Horizon company. I've used them before for HVAC issues and I was happy back then, too.The pricing is reasonable.I've had other plumbing companies come and overcharge me and I totally regretted using them.I'm sticking to Horizon from now on.

The service today was beyond all expectations! Our Horizon technician, Mike Wenger, met with us to assess our AC and Heating needs and do the seasonal check up. The work done was done efficiently and in a timely manner. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and demonstrated that level of expertise that was needed! We had many questions and Mike was very patient, able to explain and guide us through the maintenance and upkeep process. From the sales process (with Rob) through the installation process (with Cody and Joe B) everything was excellent. During the sales process all of our questions were answered in a quick and professional manner. During installation they protected our house with drop clothes and took care while moving our bed and heavy headboard out of the way. Following installation the system operation was thoroughly explained. Very pleased!!

I want to commend the technician who performed the tuneup and maintenance on my A/C unit this morning. (I believe he introduced himself as Jeff.) He was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable and explained all the work as he did it.The plastic scoop on the outside unit was causing the fan blade to hit it. The technician analyzed the problem and found the rim had popped out from where it should have been. He installed another screw to hold it in place and fixed the problem.I am extremely satisfied with the work he performed, and he should be commended for a job well done.

The technician (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember) was very pleasant and professional. He tried to unclog my kitchen sink but the 25’ snake would not unclog it. Advised that he would have to use the 75 foot snake, which would be more expensive and asked permission first. He diligently worked on the sink and was finally able to clear it. I wish I could remember what his name was so I could personally recognize him by his name, but he was Very efficient, pleasant to talk with, and cleaned up every time he walked in and out of the house. I live in Millsboro Delaware and would recommend Horizon For your plumbing needs

We are so satisfied with Horizon, they did a great job on the installation of our entire heating and air conditioning systems. The technicians Austin and Zach were so professional and knowledgeable, their craftsmanship was superb, right now it is 25 degrees outside and inside it’s toasty warm. Austin and Zach were a pleasure to have in our home, it was a very long day and it was a very big job and the entire time they were so friendly and nice especially since my one dog wanted to be there helper. One of the main reasons I went with Horizon was their warranty is unmatched, they gave us 10 years warranty on all parts and labor and no other company has come close to that. I have to give them 5 stars because that’s the highest rating allowable. Thank you Horizon!

I have always had good experiences dealing with Horizon ... today was no exception. I had a pipe burst under my kitchen sink and the shut off valve wasn't shutting off the water.Alex was fabulous ... he was friendly, cheerful, explained what my options were, what had happened and how he was fixing it. He also recommended having someone come out to assess damage. It was a good spin on a horrible event.

Mike was knowledgeable and helpful. We got terrible news that is going to be VERY expensive. With that being said, he gave us multiple options. He was honest and practical. 3/6/24 Tim was our service technician today. He was very professional and nice and took pictures and explained some possible issues. All info is emailed to me. I only wish we had the same tech each time as having the same person they get to know your system better.I pay a monthly fee for service but am told my filter size is odd so they don’t replace it but I can get it myself at the Lowe’s store and it’s always in stock, which I do.

The technician was here on time as promised, Mike is his name ( sorry I forgot his last name), he was very nice did a through inspection and found the problem. Then he worked 4 hours to correct the bad installation that was done. Now we're waiting for the company to call and let us know when we get our laundry floor redone. Ben and Aric completed our project in a very timely and professional manner. They explained everything to us in a non-technical way. As is the case in many homeowner projects, we did run into an unexpected problem with our gas connection. They provided us with a couple of choices to fix the problem allowing us to be comfortable with our final decision.We would hire them again.
