I got the keys to my new Lennar home just a few weeks ago. I had an amazing experience I love my new home and I would recommend Lennar to anyone. So far so good with moving in and settling in I’m very excited to live in this new community.

Beautiful townhouses, villas, and free standing homes. Buying a home there now for a reasonable price. Close to rte 113 and rte 24. Convenient shopping and restaurants within 5 minutes. Plus golf course on property.

There is woefully inadequate public parking. It is winter and all spots are taken by residents within multiple cars. I can’t imagine what summer will be like. You will have no place for your friends and family to visit. There is no on street parking. You don’t think it’s a big deal until you live here, and you quickly realize it’s a huge deal. It’s insanely frustrating.

We recently purchased a townhouse in Plantation Lakes. We have had a few issues but Lennar has scheduled a walk thru in December to rectify problems. My main reason for this review is the young man named Connor that works for Lennar. Connor is always pleasant and ready to help. He answers questions even after the purchase. He is always available to listen and address concerns. Connor is a real asset to the Lennar Company. Way to go Connor!

Was informed that this is the office that handles the rentals at Plantation Lakes in Millsboro, De. My mother was told that because of getting off at a normal working person’s schedule that we could sit down and meet at 6 O’clock. Drove there yesterday and was even there before the scheduled timing and nobody was there. I’ve tried calling multiple different times today to get no answer. If this is how you do and handle business it’s unfortunate for the ones to come in the future.

I would not recommend Lennar and/or Plantation Lakes as we were mislead on our homes competition date and assured that there was “no chance of a delay”. Two weeks prior to closing, we were delayed by two MONTHS and given a still- tentative date.I understand material delays during Covid however I strongly believe Lennar was aware of the delay and kept that information from us in hopes that we would go under co tract. They will keep your earnest deposit and re-list your home for a much higher price, likely to do the same to someone else until someone finally closes.Aside from the HOA fees, special taxes and all other costs, your brand new home will likely not appraise.Save yourself the months of excitement and build elsewhere.Service: Home building

The Jefferson is a very nice townhouse Villa. With a touch of love, we upgraded our home. Very reasonable pr toice had a professional painter come and high light our walls in each room.Easy to install ceiling fans and a chandelier. Each room has Hunter and sea breeze fans.Huge bedrooms having two master bathrooms and a podwer bathroom. Large closets in each room. Nice gourmet kitchen and wooden flooring. The kitchen has real granet and large counters.Our Villa townhouse is beautiful inside and outside. We had many upgrades done to had nice features to bring out the best Jefferson home that is sought for.Our home is larger than the blue print. It is 2470 sq. ft. Having many bells and whistles. We installed 6 Hunter and sea breeze fans. Nice fireplace on the first floor.We have a screen in porch in the back of our home off the family room. We are looking forward to have solar panels installed.Brian Hayen made sure that of the precks was done. There are a few minor things to be done, or touch ups.We love our home. We had much lager home in While Plains, MD and needed to downsize. It was a good idea to purchase our home at Plantation Lakes.The amenities are great and is expanding; golf, tennis and basketball courts. Nice outdoors swimming pool. The clubhouse has a gym workout room and free of charge a banquet hall.The community is very friendly and pets are allowed. They are pet stations throughout the development. It is a private community and most families look out for each other. I had a few great friends in this development.Being a large community, it is safe, quiet and peaceful. Addition to the golf course there are walking trails and good for biking. Fishing if not far from the development and you can walk to it.A few issues with Lennar, but not major. I rate this a 5 because almost everything is included. HOA is not doing enough to keep grass serviced. We care for our grass better than the HOA contracts.Over all, it is a very good community and people friendly. A good bang for the buck. Our house has increased in value in four years by 12%.My wife feels that some people will give a lower rating for little issues. It is a fantastic place to live.

Beautiful challengeing 18 hole golf course. With greens that are as fast as private clubs. Well maintained. A must to play.

Very beautiful houses. They even have smart homes. Some have 2 car garages with a small, extra 3rd door for I'm assuming golf carts.

RUN, do not walk from this builder. It was nothing but problems. Stay far away from the sales girl who cannot answer questions and is extremely UNprofessional and does not respond to questions. Go to Schell and save yourself the headache!!
