In January, we lost some of our siding in the big windstorm. Tricia, Jim and Tamara helped make a stressful situation a little less stressful. We were fine with waiting several weeks for our repair, but were concerned that some of the broken pieces that were still dangling could still get sheared off and potentially cause property damage in the meantime. The company sent a team the following day who not only took down the damaged siding but completed the whole replacement. We were so relieved. Thank you Team TCB!

We had siding damage from a storm destroy the entire side of our home's siding. We called TC Backer and the next day someone was at the house surveying the damage. Instead of pushing us to replace all of the siding, they took the time to match the color of the existing siding. The installation crew was very professional and clean. They did such a great job, we had them replace all of my mother in law's windows. Again, super professional and the windows look great! They said the were short handed but that has nothing to do with calling me back. Originally the said they didn't get my messages so I pulled my poor review. I don't want to know the excuse now.
