Bill has impressive knowledge and skills. My husband and I were impressed the first time we met him and were not disappointed. There was a problem discovered with replacing the windows but Bill solved it right away and did a great job of installing the new windows. Got our front door and storm door replaced. I would say Bill is a true craftsman. He is very knowledgeable and his attention to detail is incredible. It has been a challenge to install the door because the original developer of my property failed to make a standard rough opening. But Bill and Joss figured everything out and finished the job nicely. He also found a leaking issue on the overhung and waterproofed it for us to prevent future problems. I feel so lucky to find him to do the work for us. I will recommend Blue Hen Vinyl to everyone with no hesitation.

They have done several things for us now, new doors - front and back, new shutters, and they also repaired drywall in several rooms from a burst pipe we had, then repainted and you absolutely can't tell where all the patching is. Absolutely the best and most honest you can ask for. Their work is done right, I got 8 quotes, they weren't the cheapest, but they were far far from the most expensive. Bill simply stated what he recommended, what was worth doing, what wasn't, and the price he quoted me was the exact price I paid at the end. We have had home improvements done to our house by Bill Baxter and his company, Blue Hen Vinyl, for over 30 years. This would include vinyl siding, new roofing, new windows, new gutters and other various items such as garage door and cellar (bilko) door replacement. This would also include indoor work such as new ceilings, molding and crown molding installation. Any time that we have called on Bill, he has responded in a timely manner and completed all work in a timely manner as well.
