The PJ Fitzpatrick experience from our purchase to install was seamless.I cannot express how happy my husband and I are with our shower makeover. Our shower was dated and our sales associate walked us through how we could change that. Within weeks we now have a spa shower.We thought it would be 6 weeks from the date we signed the contract however the materials arrived earlier and our install was promptly scheduled.Our installers (Devon & Elijah) were pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. It didn't look like a war zone when they left. They wereextremely respectful to our home. And YES, it only took One Day to complete!Thank you Dean, Devon and Elijah for making this a 5 star experience!

We just had our roof replaced with PJ Fitzpatrick. It was a great experience beginning with the salesmen and ending with the extremely friendly and hard working crew. They were respectful of our property and completely cleaned up any mess that was made. The job was done in one day and Adam, the site manager, kept in touch throughout the job and followed up with us the next day. The dumpster was picked up as promised and Don C did a great job picking up the extra materials and making sure the job site was free of nails. We are very happy with the results and plan to use them for future projects.

4/15. PJ Fitzpatrick is doing everything they can to make the project right and ensure that I am completely satisfied. Although off to a rough start with communication, I am definitely very pleased on how they are now handling things. 4/1 a technician, Nick, came out to look at the issues and was very attentive to my concerns. I am still waiting to hear from a manager. Nick took photos and stated he is sending them as well.*I initially gave 5 stars after my first bathroom was completed. No issues at all with that bathroom. Unfortunately I can’t say the say about the second bathroom. I have a few questions and concerns and I’m not receiving any response. I called and I was told I would receive a call back…didn’t happen. I did receive an abrasive email from my salesperson and I replied with no response from her. I have emailed 3 different managers and still no response. I really thought PJ Fitzpatrick was going to be different than other contractors. They obviously had me fooled.

Brad and Dan were very professional once arriving to our home to explain how they were able to fix our wind damaged siding, shingles, and deck lattice. Brad surveyed our property and fixed additional items on the ticket and answered my million and one questions and put me at ease with the cost associated with the repairs. Dan was also attentive and assisted where needed. This duo was quick and responsive and represented PJ Fitzpatrick well. We would call them back again and again! Thanks Brad and Dan!

Everyone who came to install our windows were AMAZING. The windows look great, the place is cleaner now than before they even arrived (they did a wonderful clean up job), and the whole process was super easy! Our project manager was even able to stop by and he was just as great as everyone else. HIGHLY recommend PJ Fitzpatrick!

The crew was awesome ! The work was fast and most important the results were FABULOUS!! We had a tub converted to a walk-in shower . They were in and out in less that 8 hours, granted my house is only 4 yrs old so there weren’t any repairs needed plumbing and all were in tact . They had crap all over the front yard , had me nervous but when they left you would not have known it was there! Like they never were there cleaned up inside and out😍 the lead builder explained everything to me , made sure I didn’t have questions. So you may ask why not 5 stars? Well there was one corner of the shower where the cork didn’t line up and when I mentioned it to him he kind of brushed it off ..as if to say “really?” Then went on to explain that if he pressed it to try to smooth it could ruin the whole section. So when I looked at the entire job I got over my OCD and realized it didn’t jump out as much??🤷🏽‍♀️

Jack is Absolutely the best, he really knows his stuff. My porch roof was leaking and I called PJ Fitzpatrick and got an appointment immediately. This wasn't the first time using them, they also replaced the siding on my house. Always good customer service, when Jack came, he went and took a look. I just knew it was about to cost an arm and leg to get it fixed. To my surprise, Jack said it just needed to me repaired and it shouldn't cost that much. The price wasn't bad at.I want to highlight customer service as well, the young lady I spoke with that scheduled me an appointment was amazing.Definitely a customer for life☺️

The installers were absolutely perfect. They did everything the right way. The installation of my walk in shower was perfect to the T. They were both outstanding workers. They worked all the way through until the job was complete. Mike and Elisha did an outstanding job of cleaning up. They were very well organized through the entire process until the job was done. Very thorough presentation during estimate process. Speedy turn around time between signing contract and roof installation. Crew arrived on time as scheduled. Job foreman, Jonathan, on site several times to make sure everything was running smoothly and took pictures of roof after shingles were removed to reveal condition of any damaged wood to customer. Crew did a good clean up job and took pictures of the completed roof installation. Jonathan made a followup call after completion. The roof looks awesome. Job well done. Would highly recommend.

Shawn May did a great job fixing a span of my siding that pooped out. He checked the adjacent siding to make sure that all were properly anchored onto the wall. My only concern was that I have to insist somebody need to come immediately or at least sometime today before anymore siding pieces get blown off posing damages to my house because it was apparent the siding was not installed properly. It was at the lower half of the wall and the side which don't get the full exposure to the strong wind. When I called the appointment I was given was for 3/5, 6 days from today. I had to ask for a manager to convince the situation need to be fixed today.

Great bunch of guys. Neat and tidy. Wonderful experience. Had a few items to correct. Came back to correct a few. Bathtub leak is now corrected. Still waiting for a reordered glass door frame that was scratched. Hope to update this with good news after it is completed.Update about door, they came in we're fast and tidy. Technician came out the next day and provided me with an estimate.Set up a day and time for repair, but received a call a day early to make the necessary repairs. Quick, courteous, and efficient. I used PJ Fitzpatrick because they put in my neighbors door and it is beautiful. I’m my experience I learned that they are prompt, and the provide a great customer service. My door is beautiful and their workers are skilled in their craft. This was a smooth process from start to finish. The staff are so nice and understand their work product and they can answer all questions. This was a pleasant experience and there wasn’t a long wait time. The company rep for PJ Fitzpatrick called me back immediately after entering my request for an estimate on-line for their site. The Repairman that came out to conduct the repairs was prompt (the company sent an email in advance with the employee's photo) and very professional in appearance and manner. He was also a Veteran (appreciate the company hiring Vets). The Repairman assessed the work and explained what needed to be done, to include the hardware involved. Upon accepting the estimate, the work was done in short order, and well done at that. Very satisfied. The only issue I had was the pricing. Not exorbitant, but borderline expensive, in my opinion. That said, the repair was done right.

Anthony and Johnson did a great job for installing our bath shower. They arrived on time, with shoe covers, cloth covering the working area, with vacuum on and door closed while working on the dusting part. They finished everything on time too, very efficient. They went through all the paper work before and after, really a great experience for me. They clean everything before they left the job. I have another two shower to be replaced and hope they come to install again! Thank you son much for your fantastic job!!

We just got our roof replaced and new gutters. PJ Fitzpatrick did such an amazing job from start to finish! Everyone was very helpful and they really care about what they do. Marko was such a great guy and helped us through the whole process! Steve M was also a very nice guy and was very helpful! The crew that came out worked hard and did amazing. They clean up everything and make sure everything was picked up and nothing was damaged. We are so happy that we chose PJ Fitzpatrick to do our roof and gutters!

Unlike the General contractors that I tried to work w/prior to PJ Fitzpatrick, I would HIGHLY recommend opting for PJ Fitzpatrick instead, as the ONLY thing you need to worry about with them is "what exactly do you want your completed installation to look like"?1st Week - Their Bath & Shower representative showed up on time to take measurements & go over shower installation options & finishes.2nd Week - Their Bath & Shower installers arrived early & as promised, completed a beautiful professional shower installation in under 6 hours. This installation included prepping the area... removal of my old steel tub... removal of the old surrounding tile, drywall & any damaged sub-floor... installing the proper water lines & new drain... followed by the installation of the custom fit to size shower from floor to ceiling, along w/doors, hardware & finishing off w/caulk & sealant.The finished product illustrated is a shower that I can now enjoy that rivals that of some showers of mid-priced range luxury hotels, plus it adds value back to my property.Compared to that of the General Contractors that I've been given work orders for... (a) their eta for completion was 5-7 days compared to PJ Fitzpatrick's 5½ hours as well as (b) the General Contractor's hourly rate which ONLY included labor (all additional expenses were extra, pending unforeseen contingencies).... Bottom Line is "you pay for what you get". Go w/PJ Fitzpatrick & all of the General Contractor "surprise concerns" are covered & addressed & have a completed shower installation done same day. Or go the General Contractor route & IF you're not fully experienced w/what to expect regarding contingencies, hidden repairs, remediation & unforeseen repairs & you may have a renovation nightmare comparable to those stories you see on many Home Renovation shows.Now that they've completed my Shower renovation, I have them scheduled to return to complete my whole house Window Replacement project
