We had a lake of water under our house and I called service today and they came out right away. The technicians were great and did a nice job. It was a real mess but they got through it.The only reason not 5 ⭐️ was I thought it was a little over priced.

Service Today Heating and Air did An Amazing Job at My Home! Ernest The Plumber They Sent out was Very Courteous! He was Very Knowledgeable in My Plumbing issue with a Valve leaking under My Kitchen Sink! He Found the issue for My Serious Leak in Seemed like Seconds! He then Told Me My Options on Resolving the Problem. He Then showed Me The Written Estimate for the Job at hand! There were Several And We Agreed on the Solution We thought best! He told Me this would resolve the problem and it did when He completed the task! Oh and the Estimates were listed with the prices for each solution! I am Very Happy to have Ernest in My Home! And to do the Work for Service Today! They are Very Fortunate to have Such a Great Man and Employee Working for Them! I would Recommend Service to Anyone on the Eastern Shore! I will call them back to replace My Faucet in My kitchen when I get My New One I'm Ordering! I Give Service Today 5 Stars for Sure! Thanks again to Ernest on a Job Well Done! 👍

Called Service Today on a Friday around 2 PM and Ritchie the plumber called almost immediately. I am getting a new Rinnai hot water heater and the current plumbing situation would not work. He and his colleague came out within an hour, decided what needed to be done and I gave the okay. They were done in about 40 minutes; they were fast, efficient and did a nice job on the plumbing setup; it was like a work of art compared to what was there. They were not inexpensive but it was well worth the money to have this done in a timely manner.

The fact they could send someone the same day was huge for us. Septic pipe was completely clogged outside. Jimmy was very friendly and professional and clearly knowledgeable. He got us fixed and cleaned up quickly. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the price list he showed me was very high. It was over $600 to clear the obstruction with a snake. But I expected to pay extra for the same day response. However it’s over $400 to replace the wax seal under a toilet! That’s too expensive even on an emergency call. Overall a good experience thanks to quick response and a great service person.

Service Today technician (Dane) completed our semi annual check up service and did a very nice job of efficiently, completing the work, and explaining the operations of both HVAC systems at our home. He also installed an ionizer and UV light in air handler after noticing potential mold, building up on the air handler unit in one of the units. He also completed this in a thorough manner, and explained how the system will work in the years ahead. We were very satisfied with the work he completed and the service today process.

Fantastic job. I could not have asked for better. My furnace started to go, called Service Today and they were out the same day. The furnace actually up and died, and I’m so lucky that I called when I did as there was a storm coming that weekend.The technician Nate gave it to me straight, and told me it could be a $1,300 repair but recommended replacing the whole system. I appreciated his thoroughness as he also checked the AC, and it didn’t look great. Both were old, so I knew it was coming. Two days later I had a brand new system that meets my needs entirely. My house is more efficient and comfortable just when we need it! Less than a day to install, and I am so happy with the results.Other local companies have only now just gotten back to me on coming out to see about the repair, but Service Today had me squared away last week! Thank you Jeff and Nate and the whole team! I recommend Service Today!

We needed a job done in our bathtub and called Service Today and a Technician named Lincoln came to our aid. The job required making an access panel in our bedroom closet. We had our sewer line backing up in our brand new home. Our plumber John took the time to finally diagnose our problem correctly. Tyler confirmed with pipe camera that our sewer line was clogged with roots and dirt. Great job by both men. No more flood in our master bath. Highly recommended!

We had our water pipes (original to our 1953 home) replaced from the city meter to the house and throughout the house. Jack and his team did an excellent job at a fair price. This was a full two-day project and attention was paid to every detail. We appreciate all of the effort that was put into this tough job and would highly recommend Service Today.
