I hired Bafundo to help identify and fix a leak on my roof in 2023. It took them several months to send me an invoice for the repair and when I received the invoice it was for double the amount they quoted me for. I called Loria who dodged my calls and sent an email to their customer service stating I was overcharged.They followed up a year later asking for payment and when I asked them to correct the invoice Donald sent me the most aggressive email I've ever received telling me to shut up and calling me a liar.Their repair didn't even fix the leak. I found another roofer to not have to deal with this company ever again.
