Peace of mind! After several months of worrying about my roof caving in, I worked with Scott at Tycos to get an estimate and set up a replacement for my 20+ year-old roof. Scott was easy to work with and the Tycos team took care of every aspect. I was amazed at how quickly everything progressed. Rob was my project manager and kept me in the loop every step of the way, including answering my many, many questions,. No nickle and diming, no upcharges, just straightforward. The work took less than two days and once they were done, there were no signs, other than the new roof, that they'd been there: no mess to clean up. I would not hesitate to recommend Tycos to my friends.

TYCOS Roofing and Siding did a high quality, first class repair of my roof. I cannot say enough good things about my new improved roof, rain gutters, edge guards, skylights and roof joints. With insurance expert, Tim, dealing with the insurance wind damage claim - it was a low cost amazing bargain!Tim reported my wind damage to my insurance company. The roof was tarped in an hour. Tim “convinced” the insurance company to pay for the wind damage, so repair was super inexpensive. He corrected roof imperfections; at the chimney, at edges with custom drip guards, at all roof joints, at skylights and rain gutters. Tycos gave a 10 years warranty on installation plus the Corning Shingle warranty .Tyco Roofing and Siding is impressive, high end, yet with insurance claim it was a low stress inexpensive bargain! A dozen Tyco workers came to drape my house and remove old shingles. A crane put shingles on the roof and photos were taken during installation. They went the extra mile, making custom drip edges, improving the chimney flashing, replacing skylights and increasing the rain gutters to 6 inches. Clean up was outstanding with 6 magnets, rakes and wheel barrels to remove debris before they left for the day.I cannot say enough good things about my new improved roof, improved rain gutters and the quality of the workmanship.

Tycos Roofing made what could have been a very stressful situation a stress free experience. A special thank you to Josue Cruz who walked me through the entire process. My insurance company initially wasn’t going to approve me for a whole new roof but because of Josue’s due diligence and determination to make sure I got the best outcome I ended up with a brand new roof, payed for by insurance company. He didn’t do it alone so thanks to his colleagues as well. Their dedication and honesty was greatly appreciated. Also to the team that came out to do the installation, thank you!! They came bright and early in the morning and did a wonderful job. They completed the whole job in about 8 hrs. They did a wonderful job cleaning up as well. This was my first experience with getting a new roof and I am so glad I chose Tycos!! I highly recommend this company. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

A HUGE THANK YOU to Tycos, Mark, CJ and crew for not just fixing my roof but for the peace of mind. The shingles were not just caulked due to the roof issues I was having but they were replaced. There were some weak spots that were remedied and I didn't have to worry about who was coming to the home to do the work. Both Mark and CJ's communication was FANTASTIC and I just cannot thank them, the entourage that came yesterday to repair the roof and Tycos enough. I am beyond appreciative. This morning I woke up to actually see the sky out of my new skylight and for the first time in years I am looking forward to April showers so BRING-IT mother nature.

One day I was sitting in my office and noticed a wet spot on the ceiling, "Oh no", I said for I have heard the horror stories of dealing with roofing companies. But I knew my roof was overdue for replacement. I contacted 3 roofing companies to get estimates, and choose Tycos. Tycos was a "tab" bit higher in price (but affordable) than the other 2 companies, but what impressed me over the other 2 companies was their professionalism and attention to detail. When they came to examine my roof, they not only examine the roof outside, but they also went up in the attic. They took pictures of the places in the attic that needed attention and showed me the pictures. They explained in easy to understand terms what had to be done. From the salesperson, named Josue C, to the project leader C.J. Pace, I was treated with respect and kept advise all throughout the project. The project was delayed a week due to all the rain we had been having, but when the crew did arrive at 8 a.m., they worked efficiently and was finished at 3:30 pm. When I looked at out at my backyard, I was impressed that all the trash and debris was gone. In fact my backyard looked better than it did "after" they left. I received a 15 yr/20 yr warranty. I can't say enough of how much I am pleased with my experience with this company.Sincerely.

Tycos roofing did a great job on our total roof replacement. We had old cedar shake under the shingles and had to take the whole thing off. Tycos was able to schedule the replacement quickly and was incredibly efficient with getting the job done. Great response and follow up to our requests and questions throughout the process.

I can’t say enough about how good our experience has been with Tycos. We first called them to help us with Stucco removal and remediation and to replace with Hardyboard. There price was very fair. The experience was so good we also had the roof, gutters and windows done. We are so pleased with how everything came out. I would highly recommend them all.

I used Tyco to put a brand new roof on my house three years ago. The whole process was great. Recently, I saw some flecks in my yard and I had concerns so I called. Sergio came out quickly and took pictures and video. He showed me the condition of my roof - it still looked brand new. The flecks are from my neighbor's roof. The service and response was excellent.

We would like too Thank Tyco Roofing and Siding for coming too our rescue on Replacing and repairing our Back sun Porch that was damaged by a big Tree branch during our winter storm. They were very efficient. They came out right away and repaired the roof in one day doing a great job and also came back out and repaired our back porch enclosure. Had leaks in my sunroom which was added to house 8 years ago. Service Technician Robert McAlpin came out and inspected the roof. He stated that the issue was where the sunroom roof met the house. Subsquently I checked to see when the last house roof was installed. It had been 24 years ago. So I decided to get new roofs on both the sunroom and the house. The brothers Sergio and Josue came to the house with shingle samples and after taking measurements, stated they would follow up with an estimate for the removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof. They provided the estimate that afternoon and I gave the OK. Both Sergio and Josue were very knowledgeable and cordial. Josue stated that unlike other contractors who just do shingled roofs, Tycos was very experienced in the installation of flat roofs, which would be the case for the sunroom. The installation was done in one day. They started at 7 am and didn't leave until 8:15 pm. They did an excellent job of removing all debris and I only found a couple of nails. Sergio followed up the next day to check if I was satisfied with the installation (which I was). I recommend you include Tycos in any bids you may be seeking for a new roof.

We had Tycos Roofing replace my daughter’s roof. Sergio and his guys did a beautiful job! They were quick, efficient and kind. And Sergio was wonderful to deal with. Afterwards, they cleaned up everything so well there wasn’t a bit of evidence that they had been there, other than a beautiful new roof!.

I just had a roof replaced by Tycos and I am very happy with the quality of the entire company. The best thing is calling a company and actually talking to a person. Then having a great representative (Mark) give me a lesson on roofing. I knew that day that I would choose Tycos to do the roof. When I received a quote (including a well written contract) a few days later, I decided to go with it. Sergio stayed one step ahead of me with phone calls for every step of the installation. The work was done on time and in one day. I did ask to have someone come back and clean up debris in the attic. (I needed 12 board replaced) and they had two men come and clean it up a few days later. I was impressed by Tycos. I would defiantly recommend this company.

We had small section of fascia siding damaged in a storm in January. Tycos not only provides excellent customer service but also has very knowledgeable employees that are very professional. They even kept me informed during the project. I had a great experience with Tycos! I discovered leaks in our attic, so searched on Angie's List and found them. They contacted me right away and sent out the Production Manager, Bryan George, pretty quickly. Bryan did a very thorough inspection of the roof and the leaking areas, and gave us a very reasonable proposal for the repairs. When I told them how bad our leaks were - we had to put bins under them and empty the bins after every rain - they were so kind and got us on the schedule very quickly. The guys did great work and discovered some rotting areas around the leaks that needed to be replaced. The owner's son, Sergio, came out often to make sure they were replacing the right areas from inside the attic, which was so helpful. They gave us a very reasonable price for the extra work. I was so pleased with the repairs and replacement roof that they did. This is a company that really cares about its customers - from the owner to the roofers. I highly recommend them - and when we need a whole new roof, if we still live in this house, I would certainly call Tycos! Thank you, Tycos!

When I first contacted Tycos Roofing and Siding Charles Pace came out on time to give me an estimate. When the job was completed, I got compliments from my neighbor before I could get out the door the next day. The workers were courteous and respectful as they worked and mitigated any obstacles they came across, particularly my recently installed new windows by protecting them from debris with a tarp.After the job was done Sergio's son and the project manager CJ came out to follow up and assess the job and removed any debris that may have been missed.
