I gave Wilmington City Roofing a call for a flat roof replacement, Warren came to my house, looked at my roof and gave me a good price. He was he very professional, prompt and finished the job in the time he quoted. I would definitely call him if I had other flat roofs to be replaced.

Warren with Wilmington Cory Roofing is phenomenal!!! I used him when I had to get my front half of the home done. I noticed a leak in my arch way he came right out and assessed the area and despite that it was not covered in my forst warranty. Offered to fix my leak and guaranteed me a 2-year warranty for the work.9

Wouldn't recommend. We had a flat roof. Came by gave us an estimate. They came to fix the roof, at least that's what we thought. No, they just put more tar on top of old tar. Roof lasted maybe 6 months before it started to leak again. Despite saying their warranty lasts for 15 years. Called again regarding the leak coming back. They came back to just put more tar on. Long story short, the roof leak got worse and worse after they came to fix the roof. Had to pay someone else to fix our roof correctly, the new roofer said to us, the person who came to fix your roof just placed tar down never fixed the roof. We were out of money for over 4000k not including the money we had to pay for a new roof that we could not afford. I could have gotten on my roof to put tar more tar down. I expected an actual roof repair. They refused to come back to fix the roof correctly. I highly do not recommend. Worse experience ever, and they caused more damage to our home than before.

We needed someone to come out asap to repair an active leak, so we called this company since they are labeled as emergency city roofing repair. Spoke with Warren on the phone and I informed him that there is no access to my backyard besides through my basement door which I can open for him since I will be home, he told me that will not be a problem he will be able to use the ladder from the front. He did not inform me on when he arrived to my house, and instead texted me after leaving "cannot access roof good luck." This was incredibly unprofessional. A simple phone call, text, or even ringing the doorbell would have been the least he could have done, especially when he knew I had an active leak. They should not be labeled as emergency city roofing.

If you need your flat roof fixed, call Wilmington City Roofing. They are reliable, honest, and affordable. They also repaired our roof within a few days of our estimate. The rubberized roof is what we needed for our flat roof. The roof looks great, and it has survived some serious weather and rainfall, including hurricane Ida.

While searching for roofer who specializes in flat roof repairs. (Rare) I was referred to Wilmington City Roofing. The owner came , with free inspection, photo's and a very professional plan to repair my very poor condition roof. I've talked to other roofers but this company was on point. Quoted me what I thought to be a very fair and competitive price. Established a date based on weather to perform job. These guys were so professional, cleaned up area. No debris left, you couldn't tell they were there. Provided me with before and after photos of my roof and a transferrable warranty. Kudos, job well done .Jim CarsonU.S.M.C.

If anyone is in need of a roof repair DO NOT USE Wilmington City Roofing from Wilmington. I would not recommend them.The owner (Warren) provided a 10 year warranty to fix any leaks AND yet he is not honoring his word. Mind you we experienced leakage only days after they put on a new roof!!!Poor communication skills, not accountable for their work and DOES NOT care about customer satisfaction. Now we are stuck with a roof that is in worse shape then before Warren and his crew came out to replace it!!Guess it is small claims court to settle this properly!;(

Tried multiple times to get them to come out and take a look at the roof. Spoke with Warren (the owner) and told him I have no idea what’s going on on top of the roof but the flashing is torn up and he said “I am not going to deal with the flashing. Not going to do it.” And then hung up on me. Give me a break. They may do good work but who knows when the owner acts like that. I would never recommend anyone to this business. What a joke.

I want to warn against Wilmington City Roofing. I'm not one who leaves reviews but if i can help someone out who finds this it may save you thousands of dollars. DO NOT! let me say again DO NOT hire this company to do any kind of work for you. I hired them to do a Flat roof complete install in Nov. 2015 and thought i was off to a good start because they finished very quickly until 3 or 4 day later when it rain to have raining fallen inside my unit. which turned out needed to be reported to my insurance which than had to be completely gutted because of the water damage. currently roof is still leaking at of July 2017 after many attempts with (Warren) the guys who owns Wilmington city roofing and many repairs to the unite ceiling telling me it has been resolved finally tells me to call someone else to locate the problem so he can try to fix it. SMH Really! so now I'm stuck with a numerous repaired roof that no other company will touch unless they do a complete roof. So my lawsuit begins. Thanks Warren for your shady business and I will see you in court! one last thing he never attempt to take claim of any wrong doing and haven't been reimbursed for any fees that Ive paid only an Text saying "good luck in my efforts to find the issues that have plagued your property". I hope this will help someone.

I called to set up an estimate. The man, if he showed up (As he stated no one had to be home for the inspection/estimate) never got back to me. Called multiple times but the phone always disconnected. Wrote another email on their website contact page and never heard back. I am sure they do great work based on their reviews but I am disappointed by their lack of responsiveness.
