My roof was being replaced but when they pulled off the metal flashing on the brick edge, the bricks started to crumble. A1 Masonry came out and replaced all the crumbling brick with concrete blocks. It was a blessing they found a solution when they found ALL the bricks needed to be replaced not just a few. They saved me time and money with a solution that not only looks great but will allow my roof to be completed safely.

I found A1 Masonry Contractors through these reviews, and I'm writing one now because I appreciate that they led me to this company.We needed a lot of masonry work. I met with three companies and John sounded most professional. He offered great ideas to simplify the work and cost, and had knowledgeable suggestions about materials and colors. In addition I saw the company several times in my neighborhood the past few years i also checked his work online, and he showed me his larger gallery of very beautiful masonry work completed at other homes.His team was incredible. They worked long days, cleaned up at night, and returned early the next morning to continue. Their work was precise and beautiful. We were so pleased that toward the end we added another project. All the jobs together took half the time we expected and we now have beautiful stonework around the property.We have more projects for the future as we get to them, and will definitely turn to A1 Masonry Contractors when we're ready. Of course we highly recommend them a team of professionals

We have a 30 year old brick patio, walkway and drain cover that all needed to be re-grouted and repaired. John and the A1 Masonry Team offered wonderful experience and excellent reviews. He explained the process to remove the grouting which is a very grueling, manual job.His team was incredible. They worked long days, cleaned up every night and continued that daily until the work was complete. Their work was precise and beautiful. It's so refreshing to work with folks who are not only striving for perfection, but actually executing it on an elite level. John was in constant communication throughout the project. John went above and beyond to rectify any mistakes or problems that arose during the course of the work. And I especially want to recognize Matt, one of a1 masonry contractors master masons, for spending nearly 12 hours on the last day finishing and perfecting the work, not leaving until well after 7 PM – on a Friday. He was Kobe-like in his approach to his craft and was so understanding, kind and incredibly competent in both masonry and carpentry repairs. I highly recommend a1 Masonry as one of the hands-down best companies I've worked with.
