Atrium Construction LLC, Remolded my kitchen maybe two years ago, great job. Mr. Ricardo Vasquez listened to what I wanted, and made suggestions that were very helpful. The Crew was very professional neat and got the job done. Two years later I am still happy with the results, all is still good. I needed work done in my basement, I tried this other contractor, friend. Big mistake, he installed the partitions, and said it would take about two weeks to complete. I should have called Mr. Vasquez first, he gave me an estimate, about the same as the other guy. After they got all the materials together, four days they were finished. My Wife is So, so happy, and so am I. I have more work to be done in my old house, Atriunis my first choice. Basement and kitchen photos!

Atrium Construction has been our go-to take care all our home improvements from small to big. The latest project was replacing our kitchen countertops with some hardware add-ons. Atriun Construction did a lot of work in my apartment, including putting in new flooring in the living room and kitchen, painting, and putting up crown molding. I am beyond happy with the work that they did. The work is perfect. Every single detail of what they worked on is impeccable and flawless. I cannot stress enough how detailed they are and how every single thing came together perfectly. Perhaps even more important than that, they were incredibly easy to work with. I had never done any type of renovation like this, so I naturally had a lot of questions, and they worked me through everything and were extremely flexible. They responded to every question I had immediately and did everything they could to make the process as simple as possible. I am going to have them do additional work in my apartment because of how well they did this project.

LOVE Atriun and the whole team. They have done three projects for me, and they will do any others I have in the future as well.The first was in summer 2021 with a complete front patio/deck re-construction. Their work was great. They recommended the best weather proof products and our deck still looks fantastic.The second project was a mini-master bath vanity installation. In and out in 1 day, and everything looks great. They took particular care in making sure the plumbing was correct, sink we were upgrading from a 1 sink vanity to a 2 sink vanity.The third, and my most favorite - so far - was a full kitchen remodel. Together we came up with a function kitchen expansion that allowed for more back side storage space to accommodate a home based business. They were all so professional and efficient. I am absolutely in love with every piece, from new cabinets, to new appliances, and the new beautiful countertops.All that's a long winded way of saying, I highly recommend Atriun. Initially, Raul of Atriun Construction, LLC called me to solicit his business because he was responding to a Home Depot notification of services. It took no time for Raul's father to come to my home to look around, do measurements and tell me he will send me a quote in a few days. December 18, 2023 marks the 18th day that Atriun Construction, LLC have not sent me a quote. I've called them, text message them, and left a voicemail message and still no one returned my phone, nor text message. Moving forward before you use this company REMEMBER, for some weird reason...They enjoy wasting your time looking at your house and taking measurements and not send you a quote. Thankfully I won't be using them to do well over $20k worth of remodeling work. The customer's time is just as valuable as the contractors time!!!

Ricardo and his team did an awesome job repairing our fence and building a new gate entrance. They tore down old fence panels and replaced them with new panels. They also replaced several rotting fence posts. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they completed the work on time. Highly recommend!!!

We contracted Atriun to restain our roof deck and build a box around our HVAC unit. We also hired them to do some exterior repainting on the front of our condo building. Fantastic work all around. Never tried to upsell us on anything, and even discouraged us from going for expensive alternatives that we didn't need (but thought we might!) would have made them more money. Even did some additional work outside the scope of our quote without charging us extra! And the entire time they answered any and all questions we had very thoroughly. Came to the site on time and finished the work quickly. Will definitely be hiring them in the future for any work we need done. Cannot recommend enough.

We needed quite a bit work done on our new condominium, from getting the walls, ceiling, and pipes painted, to having the entire floor redone, to having the old toilets removed and new ones installed. Ricardo and his team were not only helpful in giving us recommendations for color and materials during the planning process, but were also prompt and thorough when actually getting the job done. The building we were in had some unreasonable time and noise restrictions, but Ricardo and his team were communicative and adaptable in working around it.There was even an issue where Home Depot gave them the wrong toilets - we wanted the elongated bowls and they gave us round ones instead. We didn't discover the mistake until after the toilets were already installed, but Atriun came as soon as they could schedule a job to replace the round ones with elongated ones, charging us nothing but the price difference of the toilets for the job.The final place looks like a whole new condo, and we couldn't be happier! 10/10, would recommend!Service: Home renovations

This company has completed several projects at my home and I have been very satisfied with their expertise. We started with the removal of old wallpaper and the repainting of three rooms. We were very happy with how quickly they completed the work and how great it now looks. Next, we hired them to clean out our gutters and while doing so they gave us a heads up on some potential problem areas at no extra charge. Finally, we've been able to clear out our overgrown back yard with their help in preparation of the installation of a fence. I hired Atrium to power wash and stain my deck. I received a fair quote that beat the other contractors in the area. He even threw in a power wash for my back patio for $60 extra bucks. Good deal. Once we settled on the price, things moved fairly quickly. They came on Tuesday and power washed. They would've come back the next day but it rained. They returned on Thursday at 8 am.I was very impressed with the results. They paid attention to detail. Really took their time to do quality work. My deck looks great and new again. I am very happy with their work. i do recommend their services.

Ricardo and his crew are amazing. I had roof issues, and they were available to fix the problem at night, on weekends, and even in the rain. They solved a difficult problem for a very reasonable price. They also fixed panels on my deck that were coming up, and did drywall/paint in my condo. I requested an estimate from Atrium contractors LLC to replace my existing double deck. I met with the sales consultant (Ricardo) who informed me that I would be receiving a quote within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, it's been two weeks now and I still haven't received anything. When I called Raul to inquire about the quote, he told me that they were 'too busy" and suggested I go elsewhere if I were too pressed to get a quote. I was really hoping to use this company given some of the reviews but am now discouraged to consider them given the lack of responsiveness and good customer service.

STEER CLEAR: The decent work is not worth the headache if something goes wrong.We hired Atrium Contractors to install approximately 150 linear feet of baseboards and mouldings, which were provided by us.Installers used our kitchen for the woodworking and damaged the front of our day-old refrigerator in the process.We reached out to Atrium for a resolution. Raul and Ricardo attempted to blame us for fraud (red flag) and refused to answer whether they had insurance that covers incidental damage (red flag). Instead they said that complaints like this were why it isn't worth it doing small jobs (red flag). Overall they were combative, rude, and unprofessional. After I responded through e-mail & phone call, Atrium personnel (Ricardo & Griseld Vasquez) agreed to do the job & we agreed on the price. I signed & returned the agreed contract through JOIST he sent me.But, they changed their mind & keep telling me different reason not to do the job. Then they blocked my number. When I call with different number, they pick the phone.Atrium is unprofessional, unreliable.I will not recommend Atrium for any job.Service: Painting

I went through Home Depot for my fence repair. Home Depot sent me three (3) options to get quotes from. My appointment with Atrium was set for 1pm. The contractor Ricardo showed up 20 minutes early. He called and left me a voicemail. I returned his call got no answer so I left him a voicemail that I would be there in 10 minutes. Upon my arrival at exactly the scheduled appointment time I don't see anyone. I called Ricardo back he said " Oh, I am sorry I already left for my next appointment". He then told me that I should use another contractor. I don't know who runs this company but this was a horrible display of professionalism. I truly hope that Home Depot does not continue to use this company. Companies such as Atrium will give Home Depot a bad reputation for people like myself to use them and their prefered contractors.

Atrium did a phenomenal job painting the interior of my house. This was a big job as my house is older and the wall were plastered and needed lot of repair work. The end results are beyond my expectations! They took down 2 old popcorn ceilings and repaired water damaged walls. I have hired them again to replace my basement ceiling. Atrium Contractors, LLC installed my white picket fencing and walkway gate in front of my yard. Everyone was very courteous, and they answered any questions that I had. They removed the original fencing and took it away. Also, they removed their trash from the wrapping of the gates and poles. They took two days to complete task. I would gladly recommend thsi company to friends and family. If another project comes up in the future, I will call Atrium Contractors, LLC.
