Everyone on this team is awesome! They were very patient with me as I had received a grant from the MD government.. Melissa was especially helpful, just when I was going give up she helped me push though and I got the help needed for getting a new roof I needed. Capital improvements is a great company for just about anything. We had Lance out to quote us on a roof replacement. He was able to help us understand the insurance claim process and how to effectively manage the roof replacement process. We were so pleased with the work that we also had them do our gutters. Hired Capitol Improvements to completely redo our roof. The team was very professional all around - responsive, accommodating, respectful of our property, forthright and transparent about options and costs. We're very pleased with the work, having already noticed a big difference in temperature control upstairs with our new, better insulated roof. Capitol improvements was a joy to work with! We had some storm damage to our siding resulting in needing our entire house resided. I had gutters and trim done, which were previously in rough shape. They did excellent work and were present through the whole process, ensuring that I was happy with every bit of the work even as the project was completed. The house looks great and the birds that were invading my soffit and siding are now gone. They also provided excellent recommendations for other work I needed, such as paint and power washing. Couldn’t recommend enough.
