Aza and his team did a great job in replacing our 1905 townhouse flat roof in Adams Morgan with a long-lasting guaranteed watertight new roof. Bottom line: I wholeheartedly recommend you hire Hermetica to fix your roof. I’ve never been more pleased with a home repair contractor.We had a small tear in our roofing that led to a fairly significant leak. Azamat was great. He was responsive, got out soon after we talked, worked fast, walked me through his plan, didn’t try to upsell me anything that I didn’t need, offered a significantly lower bid for the work than the competitors, and provided a warranty nearly 3 times as long as the other quote we got.I waited to write a review until we could test out the repairs. Since Hermetica did the work, there have been several rain showers and a couple of real downpours. We’ve had no leaks.

We had leaks from roofdeck to our downstairs bedroom leading to some damage at the drywall and ceiling for over 4 months. Aza replied to our request quickly on Yelp. When they came to our home, they found the source of the leaks via a thorough investigation. Excellent worksmanship and reasonable price. Has not leaked since their work. Would strongly recommend!
