I used IDS in 2023 to redo my tuckpointing as per their recommendations and I’ve been extremely disappointed by their results and the fact that the leak in my house is still there. They came back for an inspection and promised to send someone to fix it and for 2 months they completely ignored my endless request to send out their guys to fix the problem. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend them.

Easily the best experience with a contractor I've ever had! Jeremy, Chris and their teams did such an amazing job on my roof and roof deck, which were not an easy job. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were amazing and I also thought the price was very fair for the excellent quality of the work. Everyone in their office was so nice and kept me informed about schedules, payments, etc. Honestly, they made a huge project so simple for me and I would absolutely use Infinity again for any project. IDS was great to work with! I am an architect and they worked on my own residence. I own a 1900 rowhouse in Bloomingdale. IDS are familiar with working on historic masonry buildings and understand how to navigate the DC permitting process. Their team was very professional and efficient. They did both exterior and interior repointing as well as rebuilding a stair and failing retaining wall. I had a great experience working with IDS and highly recommend them.

I contracted with Infinity Design Solutions to build a large, 2nd story deck with a pergola. I am thrilled with the results. The team was professional from start to finish, and they added creative design touches throughout, including an ipe cocktail rail, that stand out. My neighbors and friends comment on how beautiful my deck is – it really has transformed my backyard. IDS also hand-built garage doors for me, something other contractors would not do! I highly recommend IDS and would use them again.

We hired IDS to remove the old, broken floor of our sunroom and completely refresh the space. Chris -- the estimator and project manager -- visited our home, walked the space and talked with me for an hour weighing pros/cons of various approaches. We ultimately developed a plan of action that perfectly fit the room. It was a much more personal, thoughtful approach than any other contractor who visited (we had six others).When work began, the team was respectful of our home and communicative throughout the process. Infinity Design Solutions did a great job replacing my old leaking roof and upgraded the front of my house. The roofing crew were on time, worked efficiently to remove my old roof and place the new one in a professional manner. They cleaned and painted all the vents on the roof with the correct paint and installed my new solar attic fan. Finally their painting team expertly painted the wood trim on the front of the house. My house has never looked better! Thank you IDS! I highly recommend you guys!

We picked IDS from a total of five candidates to replace our roof. We were impressed by the level of detail in the estimate. During the repair process, the crew addressed all our concerns. We had a very good experience with Infinity Design Solutions. They developed and implemented the best solution to make sure the exterior steps (of commercial property- apartment) were updated and up to code. The representative (JR) was prompt on the date of his first look at the project. He offered good clear solutions for completing the project and took the time to call (I think his supervisor) to confirm one of his suggestions for the project; that day; during our first meeting. This may seem small to some but big to us. We didn't have to wait for a call back or a broken promise it was confirmed then. The courtesy, willingness to listen, knowledge, superb communication... priceless! We learned a lot from him about the project codes and that was greatly appreciated, because we had lots of questions. JR was an excellent representative for the company; in that he made himself available by answering or returning calls in a timely manner. I mean really, so often when you call a company, you do not receive a live voice. These are important factors for our small business. We chose IDS after having three other companies look at the job. There was a sense of trust after our first meeting.The infinity Design team worked very hard from morning until the evening. They did not delay the completion of the job and finished within the promised one-day timeline. Due to the customer service and quality of work, we would recommend them and certainly hire Infinity Design Solutions again.

My project consisted of a porch remodel that included carpentry, wrought iron, concrete, and masonry, including adding a storage space under the porch. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism the team provided throughout the job. I've managed more repairs for my building and condo over the last 8 years than I care for, some were outright nightmares (!!) and I've had to interact with all sorts of contractors, companies, etc. I picked Jeremy and IDS because I knew I would have peace of mind and everything would get done *right*.Jeremy is *extremely* knowledgable, especially with older construction and historic homes, thorough, trustworthy, reliable, and cares. He has often advised on repairs/upgrades for our building. When my condo was damaged due to massive water intrusion, Jeremy was the one I called to figure out the residual moisture issue after the association interviewed a series of specialists, architects, building envelope specialists, etc.IDS came in to redo my *entire* northern wall, i.e.,- remove all the plaster and built-ins, molding, etc.- repoint the interior- seal to make everything water tight- install drywall- replace molding, built-ins, etc.- paint.Jeremy always explains everything, sharing his expertise, knowledge, pros and cons. He catches every detail and insists on perfection. Chris ensured all projects ran smoothly. Jose and Abdulio worked nonstop, rapidly, always punctual, polite, respectful. They brought in air filters, dehumidifiers, constantly cleaning daily, etc., and did everything to minimize any impact.When the project was done, Jeremy walked through and went above and beyond to fix things even I missed and more, whatever they saw along the way while they were working because they take pride in their work.My place was cleaned from top to bottom and left spotless, water tight, and beautiful -- looks better than when I got it! I felt like I got a whole new place!PSWhen I told my neighbors the project would take 12-15 days, everyone laughed at me and said, riiiight, told me to brace myself for months. Whenever everything was said and done on time, everyone asked me for IDS's contact details.
