This roofing company delivered exceptional results with their professionalism and workmanship. It's been five years since they completed the project, and I have experienced no issues whatsoever. Despite being abroad during a roofing emergency, I contacted several companies for bids. While this company did not offer the lowest quote, their thoughtful approach to tackling the project stood out. My house, being over 100 years old, has seen numerous renovations, but the service from this team has been particularly impressive. I am genuinely pleased with my decision to go with them, and I highly recommend their services.

I have a commercial property with a sloped/flat roof. It’s over 9,500 sqft and Mike was able to seal it and give me a 15 year warranty. Instead of getting a new roof, which would cost way over $100K, he was able to do the job for less than half. Whenever I had a problem, he took care of it quickly. I just bought a house in Baltimore with a flat roof which started leaking within 2 weeks of me moving in. So, I called Kelbie and Mike immediately called me back and sent his son out to assess my roof the same day. Mike gave me several options so I could choose the best path for my budget. He then sent Nestor and his team out within 2 days to fix my roof before the next upcoming snow/rain storm hit. Nestor was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC to work with, he explained the whole process and his team fixed my roof the same day!Fast forward to the upcoming rain storm . . . . I had another part of my rooftop leak and Nestor again came out that same day and recommended a repair, which was completed, in advance of the next upcoming storm. I can't say enough positive things about how I was treated . . . I truly felt like I was being treated the same way a family member would be.This is a very responsive, honest and knowledgeable group of people to work with! If I could give them 6 stars, I would!! I will definitely recommend Kelbie roofing to anyone who needs help with their flat roof!!

Mike and team were responsive and easy to work with. Diagnosed and repaired an intermittent roof leak. Also, roof had no maintenance of any kind for more than 10 years. Offered options for that situation. Advised on repointing chimney and coordinated roof work with chimney repointing which was done separately. Also advised on corrective action for 2 two additional roof drainage problems.Coordination over a three week period was excellent. Pleasantly surprised with use of texting and responsiveness. I highly recommend Mike Kelbie for roofing and home repair needs.
