I wish I could give zero stars. I would avoid doing work with this company. We had a pipe leak behind our drywall that we had fixed by another plumbing company, and we were put in contact with Rainbow Restoration through our insurance company. To sum things up as much as possible, they ripped our fairly new carpet up, damaged the baseboards, and left the job poorly done and unfinished. We waited months, and finally had to choose another vendor working with our insurance company to finish the job that they started and didn't finish. Then about six months later they start sending us invoices and threatening letters saying they are going to send us to collections. This is all after we paid our deductible and our insurance company paid them for the job that was left a mess, unfinished, and unprofessional.

I just wanted to say what an amazing job the team from Washington DC did for us here in Cape Coral, Florida. We had roof damage and water damage to the majority of the house, due to Hurricane Ian and we weren't sure what all needed to be done or how, or anything really. It's all new to us. And it's a mess down here! Vadim and the crew that came out did an amazing job! Especially under the circumstances of the heat we have here and the fact that the entire area is a disaster zone and everything that goes with that! It was a LOT of work! And we weren't their only house. But, from the initial inspection, to having to pack and move some of our belongings, to the demolition, to getting us a dumpster, and finally the cleanup, we were impressed with not only the speed in which everything was done, but the pride they took in the work as well. Vadim was great with communication–letting us know the steps they were taking and what they were doing and when they would be returning. My only wish is that they were local because we wanted to hire them for the restoration as well! : ) We appreciate the work done for us! Thanks again! : )
