Since buying our NW DC home in 2016, we’ve chosen Sanchez Remodeling for all of our home remodeling, painting and exterior work. Melvin is one of the BEST in the remodeling business; we wouldn’t trust anyone else. Beyond a fantastic and very involved business owner, the Sanchez team is awesome — everyone respected our home and property while working on it, and the quality of work done, whether it was custom or installed items, exceeded expectations. To top it off, our remodeling projects stayed on schedule, and Melvin called us whenever they had questions or concerns BEFORE proceeding with any work. You won’t find a more honest remodel company who can truly do it all—from additions, to retaining walls, to you-name-it!! Highly recommend!
