Preparing to buy or sell a property is always stressful. DC Contractor eliminated all of that stress by being attentive, professional, and present for all important decisions related to property upgrades. He worked seamlessly with my realtor and me in a manner that inspired confidence. That confidence was justified. Because of a focus on details, DC Contractor created what was effectively a completely upgraded property that sold at a price beyond my expectations. My experience with the DC Contractor was overwhelmingly positive, professional, and responsive. As part of a series of property-wide renovations, I contracted the DC Contractor to install a garbage disposal, engage in carpentry work/construction, repair windows, seal exterior wood furniture, install a new showerhead, patch/repair/paint drywall, remove trees, and other assorted work. The work was done on a timely basis, reasonably budgeted, and I was very satisfied with the work.
