We used Rick Waddell with Home Inspection Group LLC to complete our home inspection. I first spoke with Rick on a Tuesday morning and he came out and completed the inspect on Thursday and had the full report to us the next day. He was very thorough made sure everything worked properly, and was very nice and pleasant throughout the entire inspection. He takes the time to point out even the smallest cosmetic issues and show you where any shut off valves are. If you need a home inspection, whether you are buying or selling a house, or if you just need/want one done for peace of mind, I would highly recommend giving him a call. We are very pleased with the service he provided! We are also pleased with how quickly he scheduled and completed the inspection and with how thorough he was!
