They did a phenomenal job on my roof and they did it in a very timely manner at a very reasonable cost, I would say, low. Add that, given today's going economy, they work with you. Step-by-step and through every process to ensure you get nothing but the best quality and clarity for your money.Also I must say tremendous. Thanks to Mr. Sheldon Harding, who played a very vital role in getting my roof? Repair process done in the most professional manner and follow me along every step of the way keeping me up-to-date. Pete the owner very rude and condescending, tried to show up early to appt when i told him confirmed time was better he said he would reschedule me, told him no, he said i was fired, - didn’t know i was in his employment- stay away- better customer service out there.

Had Trace come out last week for a estimate said he would get back with me that afternoon or Thursday never heard from him, Called and spoke with him Monday he apologized and said he would call back in the afternoon with a quote, Never heard from him, So I have decided to find another Roofing Company because it's obvious Pro Dry does not follow up or do as they say I don't need to be half way through a roof repair and they not show up to finish.
