I can't recommend Best Price Roofing enough! They have provided the best customer service I have experienced anywhere in a very long time.I had them resurface my Florida room roof. Afterwards, we noticed a small leak. I suspected the water wasn't coming through the part of the roof that BPR worked on. But, not only did BPR come out and touch up their work, they even resealed some of the other roof penetrations (on the main house which was done by a different company years ago) FREE of charge. Many companies want to charge an arm and a leg just for a site visit yet BPR sent someone out to touch up the other part of the roof as a courtesy.Please, please give them your business. It benefits us all to help keep great companies like this around.

We had a great experience! From estimate to install was only 3-4 weeks. They finished when it was dark and did their best to get all the nails up but came back the next day for a second sweep with the magnet to be sure. Roof was installed right before hurricane ian and held up perfectly. Their staff has excellent communication and we got a great quote from them. I hired Ray/Sarmo Construction to replace the flat roof over my house that was destroyed by hurricane Irma. Ray made the process very smooth, answered every text and returned all my phone calls promptly. Since this was my first damage claim and repair, I didn't know what to expect, but Ray was patient and explained the process. Everyone at his company was friendly, professional and very easy to work with. I recommended Sarmo Construction to my ex wife (who my son lives with) and they replaced the roof at her house, which was also damaged due to the hurricane. I highly recommend Ray and Sarmo Construction for any roofing and construction needs.
