We just had our roof completed by Castle roofing on Tuesday. They were absolutely incredible since the first encounter we had with them. When the gentleman came to help us chose the color for the roof I had a feeling it was going to be a great experience. This company is a 5 star company... I must correct this review due to the owner coming out today to fully explain and to offer a resolution to my concern...Before what was lacking was follow up on my concern: Once the job was completed almost a yr ago follow up was needed. There was a misunderstanding on the charge for the facial boards. They did delay a bit but Mr. Rainer the actual [ Owner] did come out today to speak to me and walked me through the entire service on my home.Sales rep Joel was very professional and kind. Previously I had several estimates on my home and I decided to go with Castle roofing because my husband had used them before years ago and because of Joel's professionalism and he was always available to answer all my questions and concerns so I selected Castle.I had a new roof as well as portions of new facial board pcs installed by Castle last year in March. From start to finish they were very professional and detailed in their work. They also cleaned the property leaving it without any nails or debris. Now I was concerned about the charge for the facial boards replaced.. I thought they had over charged me for 90ft of board . I called last year after the last hurricane to get my new roof inspected to ensure all was okay and at the same time Ramon had his team inspect and re-measure the area of boards replaced. Ramon determined it was 9ft. in stead of 90ft"[ which his measurements were inaccurate]So I thought they owed me a refund right!! I even spoke to the owner Rainier last year and he reassured me that if I was over charged he would make sure I would be reimbursed the difference. I waited almost a year for follow-up on this. I actually called and spoke to Jody in the office and she was very sweet and attentive to my concerns. She took the message "but" no-one had returned my calls to care for my concern. As of this week I got a call from Rainier agreeing to meet with me. Which we did meet today 02.24.23 and we resolved this issue!!. I'm truly grateful for his time and being sincere about why there was such a delay. He honestly thought his team had resolved the issue before now and was unaware I had not been taken care of. As a part of being a "great business" is not just taking money for the services but also standing by your customer and following up on their concerns... And I was impressed with Mr. Rainiers coming out at 7:00am to resolve this! Thank you for your integrity.Service: Roof installation

Castle installed the roof on our mid-century modern home which has a low (flat) pitch. Our only option was a rolled roof, which typically are pretty hideous looking. Castle helped us pick an option that ended up looking nice once it was installed. They even came back and made some minor repairs to our fireplace, which was not their responsibility. Very professional service and very responsive. We will be using them again on other investment properties.Service: Roof installation

Great local family owned and run company. They installed my roof at the end of 2020 and I’ve had them back once and they were prompt to correct my issues with flashing. They worked with my insurance adjuster to make everything right. The eldest father was even on the roof helping to make sure pitch was done properly in certain areas because we have a pretty unusual roof. Castle Roofing is my go-to and have recommended to friends and family.

We've used Castle for quite a few years for a small property of ours and have had nothing but good experiences. Recently had a full roof replacement and it was very fairly priced for the Energy Star rated shingles, they were extremely thorough in explaining all the work, very punctual, and very responsive with text messaging, detailing their repairs to me as they worked. Roof was done by day 2, cleanup was meticulous, and best of all the roof looks spectacular and has been saving us money on power with the higher quality shingles. I'm extremely happy with Castle Roofing and I'll definitely be using them for future roofing work.

I randomly choose Castle Roofing based on a yard sign and have no regrets in doing so. Their customer service professionalism, and workmanship exceeded my expectations. Because of my my schedule I coordinated services through the telephone and by emails, which was convenient for me. They came promptly to give an estimate, they said it would be 3 weeks to get materials and it was actually a few days less than 3 weeks when they started. We have a 2200 square foot house and they tore off and installed in just 2 days. They cleaned up their mess and we couldn't be happier. I had my roof replaced by Castle roofing through my insurance (wouldn’t have been my choice). Most of the process went by smoothly. Besides they did not come the day they were scheduled. Had to wait an addition week. Once they were done, I found nails in my driveway, the shrubs and my grass ( I have two small children 😡). I have been waiting 3 weeks to get a wind/storm report to provide to my insurance. Every time I call I get that run around and Ramon and Tyler (project managers ) won’t return my calls. This sucks. I am a contractor and am very picky on who does work on my house. I met with castle and had met with 3 other companies before them and felt the most confidence with them. They were a fine tuned oiled running machine. From the beginning to the end they were very careful of not damaging my property and left it in the same shape as they came. They made sure the area was clean and safe. The inspector came in and said they did a great job and that they fixed all the issues I needed done properly.Again I’m a well known contractor in central Florida and would only hire them from here on out and have already sent them to my family and friends to do their projects.Do not hesitate to call them they are a great company!!!!
