I would like to share my experience with the company Construction Unlimited. If you are looking for a new roof installation don’t look any further. Professional, knowledgeable, responsible. My family just had a new roof installed and the whole process was easy and straightforward. Professional team showed up on my property on time and work hard throughout day till the sun went down. The roof was installed in two days and all debris and used materials were removed at the end of the project. Good communication is vital. Very special thank you to our project manager Scoot Froot. Lowe’s recommended Construction Unlimited. Scott Froot is the Relationship Manager. The person who comes out and conducts the transaction. He’s always available whenever you call or he’ll respond back in a timely manner if you leave a message. If he doesn’t have the answers regarding roofing, he’ll call one of the experts at the company and get the answer back to you. The work was done in one day and they cleaned up afterwards. Construction Unlimited was amazing to work with, we had the pleasure of working with Chad and Alec. Our home was built in 1960, the last roof installation was done 2004. We needed our roof replaced due to hurricane damage from Ian and Nicole. Chad patiently answered all our questions about materials they used, and the process for submitting for the permit and inspections. Chad was great about checking in, and making sure everything was going smoothly and asked is we had any concerns. Alec and his crew did an amazing job, fast and efficient. I really appreciated that the Roofing crew made sure everything was spotless at the end each day after a long day working non-stop. I would highly recommend Construction Unlimited, they are very professional, honest and outstanding quality of work. I worked with Greg Klim as the point of contact on my roof replacement. Greg was a great source of knowledge and assisted us through an insurance claim and providing a source of contact for the claim. Greg was responsive to any communication that we had. The crew was professional and did a fantastic job with the full roof replacement. They arrived on time and completed the job in the time expected. The crew did a great cleanup job and came back to the site to do a follow up cleanup for anything they may have missed in the initial cleanup.
