I was referred to Premium Roofing & Construction by a friend and this referral did not disappoint. My first impression of the company was professionalism. Alexis the owner was quick to respond to my request for a quote. This professionalism was reaffirmed by the quality products they used. From the materials they used on the roof which seemed to exceed the industry standard to the small details like the folder they provided with all of my roofing information which contained documents printed on official letterhead. The crew worked quickly as the majority of the work was done in a day and they were able to secure permits quickly. It seemed like reputation and exceptional service were the priorities for Alexis and his team instead of being focused on the bottom line. This was displayed several times throughout the job including when the crew noticed a few unforeseen problems with the roof and fixed them the right way without having to be asked. Where the previous builder obviously cut corners and swept things under the rug, Alexis the the guys at Premium Roofing took the time to accomplish the job right without renegotiation of price. Anthony M was my project manager and he was an excellent communicator. Anthony provided me with dozens high quality photos throughout the job which gave me assurance that the job was being done right and that they had nothing to hide as they took pride in their work. I am very happy with the work done by Premium Roofing & Construction. Out of the seven roofing companies that provided estimates to replace my roof, I chose them and I am very glad I did. Erwin went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. Kenny, Ruben, and Alexis coordinated and supervised the project with ease, giving me confidence in their teamwork. The roofers worked diligently, promptly, and precisely, keeping me informed of their progress at each step. Michael was also on-site, inspecting and capturing artistic drone pictures of the roof as it neared completion. As a first-time roof replacement customer, I must say that this was a thoroughly professional experience from start to finish, and the results exceeded my expectations. Alexis and his entire crew were so very helpful replacing my roof and rebuilding my chimney. Never tried to upsell me either! The work was superb. They replaced several bad spots in the plywood as well as correcting potential problems that were not handled by my previous company. A friend of mine came to do some work for me & then he saw our roof. He recommended me to Alexis, Alexis called me right away to come to our house to do a roof inspection. After Alexis notice some storm related damages to my roof, I contacted my Insurance to get an inspection from them as well and they determined that our roof had storm related damage. Alexis came out on time to start the permitting process, as soonest they had permit ready his team contacted us right away to schedule the roof replacement. Alexis, Fernando & their crew did a great job replacing our roof, recommended us to install some new off ridge vents so our attic could have a better air flood. They went above and beyond to make sure my roof was repaired correctly after Hurricane Ian.I had a problematic area that the a different roofing company that did my roofing 5 years ago kept getting wrong even after numerous time of doing the repairs.Premium Roofing was referred to me based on professionalism, communication and quality of work. I am glad I went with them. When Alexis came over he did a full inspection with a wet test and went into my garage and took a video of where the leak was coming thru. The repairs done, involved detailed work. They cane in and got everything done the same day including stucco repair and paint. Fortunately they came out like a week before Hurricane Nicole came by. That for sure confirmed the repairs were done correctly. I had no issues during that storm. I am so grateful for the promptness to get it done and done right. Kenny came by our home and introduced himself and asked if he could check our roof. I said our roof was fine and hadn’t had any storms recently. He told me we had a hail storm last spring and that it had done a lot of damage in our area. I told him to go ahead and check it. After he walked over our entire roof Kenny came back down and told me that over 50% of our roof was hail damaged. To make a long story short, Kenny walked us through the whole process, from insurance, inspectors, material selection, ordering materials, dumpster etc.The day of the install the roofing crew arrived and at 8:30 they began and by 2:30 they were packing up to leave! There have been several homes in the area to have their roofing done and it took from 2 to 4 days to complete. I watched this crew all day and they didn’t miss anything. The roofing crew work hard all day! The cleanup was exceptional. When I walked around the house afterward, I only found a quarter size piece of roofing. Our job supervisor, Michael was always there to answer any questions I had and made sure the crew had all the material they needed to keep the job moving.Everyone I had contact with were professional, courtesy and very knowledgeable at their respective job.When the building inspector came by a couple of days later he commented on how good the cleanup was and how good the roof looked.If I had to have our roof replaced again, I definitely would call Premium Roofing.& construction!

They understood my roof was leaking an they were fast to act. Michael and his team found underlaying problems we couldn't see. And was helpful with his team fixing the problems. I was worried about going through the process of replacing my roof but Kenny made it super easy & told me not to worry about a thing. He made time for me (since we were leaving on vacation) he even sat & helped me with the loan process! They were quick & awesome :) after everything was finished he came and made sure nothing was accidently left on the floor and no nails were around.
