What an amazing experience. Rich Smich was not only professional but put my mind at ease when dealing with all of the aspects of doing a major home improvement job. The crew that came out to drop off supplies a day before the work began was courteous, told me what to expect and how long it would take. We needed a new roof put on our home. We made a post on Nextdoor, and Sun Flo was recommended by multiple people. We reached out to them and spoke with Rich (who became our point of contact)He came over and confirmed we needed a new roof.He worked with us every step of the way. He helped with out insurance company and even our HOA.They got the permit from the town and had all the materials delivered without any issues.The crew showed up on time, actually they might have been early. They worked hard all day, and almost got the job done in one day.
