Chris Gegan was a life saver. After Ian hit me in Saint James City, he came out and took me under his wing and told me what I needed, gave me a quote, did the job and came in precisely on his original bid. Then, afterward, I has some additional issues and he took care of them too. Terribly disappointed. They got paid in full (vinyl siding and carport) and won't finish the job or communicate with us now. We've been calling, texting, emailing for months now. When you reach someone they promise to take care of it right away and then radio silence with zero action.All was good during the process as we worked with Shane. Shane and Randall have promised to take care of us and they don't. Shane recommended I pay one of their subcontractors cash on the side to wrap up something for us on the lanai, which we did with Daniel Bento Sobrinho- but he used different vinyl/different color as he didn't have access to the materials used on our project. This is a mess.

We had new vinyl siding installed (July 2023). From start to finish this company was wonderful. Alyssa arrived to give me an estimate less than a week after I called. Ironically, another company took 1 month to come out and give me an estimate. Vinyltech was not the cheapest, but they were only $400 more than the lowest bid and the total was $15000. Alyssa said they could start in 3 days (if we chose their in stock vinyl). But we wanted to match our existing 5in kind (from 1996), so Alyssa told us it would be 5 weeks to order it. Exactly 5 weeks later they started the job. They had 4 guys and it took 3 days to complete the job. The dump trailer was picked up the following day. Alyssa came out to inspect the job. We were promised the soffits would be repaired, but I noticed that they weren't. She said the guys would came back on Sunday and they did. They spent a couple hours and everything looks great. I am so used to contractor drama (excessive wait times, excessive installation times, broken promises, excuses, overages, etc) but none of that happened. A job well done!

We met with Chris after Hurricane Ian to get quotes for our roof, siding, gutters and skirting damage to our mobile home. He was responsive and was here when he said he would be. He provided quotes and we contracted with him. He was honest back in November that it might be awhile due to supplies etc and he said he'd keep us updated. He did and our roof was done in January. The crew was fast and cleaned up as they were working. We are waiting on the siding etc but Chris has stopped by and hopes to have it completed by the end of February. After listening to many neighbors issues with contractors we feel we got a reasonable price and most importantly Chris has been responsive.
