Wonderful job start to finish, communication was great, Dale was proactive with giving me updates all the way through and the owners Glenn and Dovonna reached out to make sure I had everything I needed. My ceiling was damaged by no tarp put on when shingles were removed and the men sat on my front yard eating and rain came in for less than 10 minutes untarped . Water damaged thru out my home ceilings and still 7 months later work has not been completed. Highly recommend not to use this company!!! Bedroom ceiling still leaking after 3 visits to fix and now with hurricane too busy to return calls 🤬

Dovonna & Glenn seriously crushed our expectations! We went from having an older gravel & tar roof to having a brand new shingled house in just 3 days!!! They & the team at 1st class made the entire process from start to finish a breeze the entire way through! It blew me away when we had storms in the area while they were working on the roof..Glenn personally called us at night and said as a precaution he was going to send a few guys out to still ensure the roof was holding up to the expectation they wanted even while the storm was going on. The guys arrived within’ 15 minutes..we were impressed! At the very end with cleanup I stressed to Dovonna how important the nail sweep to us was with having dogs, we saw the guys walk around numerous times ensuring the little paws around our house were safe! 1st Class Roofing has definitely earned a customer for life, and caught the attention of our neighbors! From the time that the estimated and inspected the damage to my home they were very informative about the cost, type of repair, and estimated time that the project would start. They continued to update me as to the date and time that the on site work would begin. The on site personnel were very professional and explained how they would complete the repairs. They removed all debris from the scrap, and cleanup their work area. Job was completed in a timely fashion. They were very good at cleanup and didn’t leave any trash behind. The install was quick and easy on my end. Communication and customer service was top notch. I had to call them out about an inquiry, there were there in less than 10 minutes during after hours.

You had an employee doing a job at 13640 HICKORY RUN LNFORT MYERS FL 33912 yesterday. I watched him drive his truck through part of my lawn leaving a rut. While, I realize things happen the least this driver should have done was knock on my door and apologize instead if driving away thinking no one was home but I was and had to drive down to this job site and confront him. He was very unprofessional about the whole thing and didn't even say sorry but acted like I was making it a big deal. I think it's pretty sorry that your employee driving a truck with your company's name and number on it would act like that. The owner who you are doing the job for saw it too.
