Mitch in Sales is fantastic, thorough, and professional. Jacob the project manager was informative with what was happening and sent pictures of water damage and boards. Called and explained each detail. Was available when I called back with questions. The office staff were friendly, competent, and professional. They communicated with my insurance company and copied me on the email. They had financing available which was an easy application.They were recommended to me by a friend who has had 2 roofs by them decades apart. She was happy with their services too. Her first roof from them lasted a long time so when time to replace she used them again.

From the beginning of the project to the completion Bob and Jerry’s roofing did awesome work. There were multiple people involved and each of them were always helpful answering my million questions. There was a great project manager on-site each day to make sure things went smoothly who was very friendly and polite and the roofers were all very nice too. The BEST ROOFERS in WINTER HAVEN AREAA few years ago, I thought I had a leak at my hot water tank vent. Called Bob & Jerry’s. Rob come out, got up on the roof with me, showed me the problem, (the caulk on the vent collar need replaced). Told me what to get, how to do it. NO CHARGE. A little later, new neighbor having an issue with the roof. Called Bob & Jerry’s. Rob come out, got on the roof and fixed the problem himself. NO CHARGE. I Knew then & there they would be “my guys” to call. Time goes on, I find a leak when cleaning out the attic. Called My Guys, Bob & Jerry’s Roofing. Daniel comes out, inspects the roof, sees the leak site, works up an estimate. Goes over everything with me in plain language. Fast Forward, install day is here. The guys had an excellent crew. Used tarps/netting to shield the lawn from debris. Greg, the site boss, explained the work routine for the day. Old roof gone, new roof on in ONE Day. AND the waste trailer removed that afternoon as they finished. Here’s the best part. I walked into the living room and saw a hole in the ceiling. Drywall lying on the floor. Showed Greg the hole. He went to investigate and told me that a worker accidentally dropped a tool through one of the vent openings and pierced a hole in the living room ceiling. HE. TOLD. THE. TRUTH. He could have lied … I wouldn’t have known any different. And, THEY REPAIRED THE HOLE!!! I can honestly say, they deserve 12 stars out of 10. Highly Recommend!!

I was selling my rental property and the buyer backed out. I found out that the roof installed by another company just 3 years ago was done without a permit. So I called Bob and Jerry Roofing as they did mine, my sister’s and my neighbor’s house a year ago. I know I can trust these guys! I would like to thank the following from the very start with Daniel giving me estimate, to Kelly at the office to schedule asap, knowing I am selling the house and to Jason the project manager who explained the process every step of the way and responded to every questions I had. The roof I found out had 5 layers (hence why the “other” roofer did not pull a permit and just slapped another roof and done with it. It was cheaper and now I know why) so although it cost me more now, I know it was done right. Thanks to Mitch the Sales Manager who really tried to get my cost down without sacrificing quality work. There were problems along the way but Steve the operations manager made sure everything was done right. I even met the owner Bob (Robert) when he went to check on the house). Then a week after, I thought the roof was leaking as there were stains in the ceiling, I called them and Mitch and Jason and Steve responded right away, they were there first thing. It was NOT the roof. My A/C handler leaked that was in the attic. They video recorded it so I can show it to the A/C tech. And Jason even sprayed bleach in the stain, and Steve bought me a ceiling paint and thanks to Roland who caulked and painted the ceiling as well. What can I say, these guys took care of their customer seriously. That’s way beyond roofing and I really very much appreciate all their help and attention. The experience with Bob and Jerry’s Roofing had been outstanding. Kelly from day one in making an appointment to get an estimate, very polite and thereafter answering all my questions and providing us with necessary documentation.Daniel Hawkins, came to give us an estimate. He provided with a package with samples, information of their materials and addresses all our questions.Greg Odom, kind and humble person. He was on site all the time, explained what was going to done throughout and addressed all our questions.Everything was left clean. Thank you Bob and Jerry’s Roofing.Overall this is a reliable company, well organized, very professional and with a feeling of family.We have to add after an overnight new roof (Timberline UHDZ) there is less outside noise, almost none and the vents don’t make the wind noise that the old ones made.

Because of past experiences, I’m weary when dealing with a new professional and I put Bob and Jerry through the paces. They shined on every level. I contracted with this company to get The GAF 3 part system to get 130 mph wind protection using 6 nails to a shingle. They had a bunch of kids come out that only finished the roof fifty percent and it rained that evening and I had drywall damage inside my home. After they finished the roof and the county came out to check it. I asked about the bulge at the edge of the roof. The county Employee wouldn't sign off on the permit. It was found that the starter shingles that I paid for were not used. Over the course of 6 months they had to come out and uncap 2 sides of the house to redo the starter shingles.That hadn't been used. It was found That there was woodrot underneath the decking that they had ignored.So that had to be fixed. I had the county come out to see if they had given me the 6 nails per shingle, and when they went up on the roof and looked, they just looked at each other when I asked them how it was. They just stared at the ground. The manager for the permit department came out and said you're roof is going to be just fine. He had just moved down from Maine and had retired at the age of 70 up there. I recently had to have a shingle replaced And it was found that there was only three nails in the shingle. Minimum for this county is four nails per shingle. I called their office and all they could tell me was gosh we didn't know this and silence. By the way, they wanted $635 to replace one shingle. And another roofing company did it for $50.Run as far as you can from this roofing company.

There are so many horror stories about roofing projects I am impelled to share my experience with Bob & Jerry’s Roofing. From the first phone call when I actually talked to a pleasant person through the final check around my house this company was phenomenal.First I got an appointment for a bid and the person showed up on time and after evaluating what needed to be done sat down with me and explained my options.Once I decided to go with them I was given a time frame for the work. I received the contract via email with the scope of work spelled out. I was informed when the product had been ordered and the scheduled date for the work depending on the weather. There was phone communication letting me know when shingles would be delivered and they were delivered at that time. It was important to me that the shingles which are very heavy weren’t sent up the conveyor and dropped 4-5 feet jarring the pictures off the wall. They put a person on the roof to catch the bundles and I wouldn’t have known they were there. Once the job was started they were careful to cover plants next to the house and at the end of the day everything was picked up. There was not one shingle or nail laying in the driveway or yard. There was a supervisor on site the entire time. The job was finished on time with everything picked up. The entire time from the bid to the end I was kept informed via phone calls and email.I highly recommend Bob & Jerry’s Roofing.Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

Very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional company. They took time to review our contract and issues that occured during the install concerning the old roof. No monies were requested up front. Since we can't get on the roof....they provided pictures as well. They were on time and brought an ample crew to complete the work. Site supervisor was there to answer any questions and their crew was very nice and cordial. We had no delays. The roof looks great and mother nature gave us a test downpour the evening after they finished the work. So far, we have no issues or complaints. After install, they provided us with needed paperwork for insurance. We can't be more pleased with our choice (via reference of a friend who also had them do roof work.) I am big on communication and Bob and Jerry's was exemplary when it came to this! They kept me informed at every turn. Sales staff was informative. A foreman was on site at all times. They did the job in a lot less time than I thought and clean up was thorough. Hard-working staff and friendly. Even when I had some concerns or issues, it was addressed professionally. From office staff to those in the field, professionalism and communication were always on point. My neighbors were astounded that they did so much in two days as their roofers took almost twice as long. Warranty, permitting and quality of work was on point. I give four stars only because there was an issue which I have addressed with them in hopes that future job sites will adhere to and does not reflect upon the overall job or quality of workmanship. Highly recommend.

My experience with Bob & Jerry Roofing Company from start to finish was superb. Starting with Ariana the receptionist, then Dan, then Jason and ending with James the on site manager. They were all professional, polite and very knowledgeable of their respective positions. They answered all and any questions that I had which was very few because they did a thorough job explaining the total roofing process to me. As promised they installed a beautiful roof which included a new skylight too. Also the cleanup was exceptional.
