After a rough start, we ended up with the best group of men to complete our home. Derek was instrumental in following up calls that helped us to decide to use this company. We had new siding, gutters, downspouts and pans to cover our carport and lani. Mike was able to ensure that our job was done expertly. If the siding started going up lopsided, he had them remove it and do it right. Just a small example of how detailed this group was. We know they went above and beyond what our expectations were.

A friend referred me to DCC Builders for a roof issue I was having. I met with Randy, the owner and Brandon for a solution. They checked my old flat roof that needed to be replaced and quoted a price that was within my budget. It was also noted that the job might need additional tiles or wood. Again I was ok with that and was grateful they were up front about possible additional costs if extra material was needed. Pamela and Jess from DCC made sure I was informed of all updates and scheduled work. They were very friendly Buddy the job foreman kept me updated on the materials needed and how everything was progressing. He was a great help. I will use DCC Builders again and I recommend this company 100%. I usually don't write reviews, but this company was straightforward and upfront on all levels. Values you don't find a lot these days!!

I had a great experience working with Brandon and his team at DCC builders for my windows. There were hoops we had to jump through with the historic board of Lakeland and Brandon was there for each step. He is responsible, responsive and was involved helpful from start to finish.Not to mention, the windows have completely changed the look of the house for the better and there has been a HUGE reduction in outside noise from the street. Also the temperature in the house is much better.If I move or buy another house I’ll definitely be calling Brandon back to work together again.

After Hurricane Ian I contacted them for a window replacement quote, they came on top and on a timely manner. Derek was great to talk to and quickly responded to any questions I had. Brandon and the crew took care of the ARC form required by the HOA and took care of all the permits needed. I definitely recommend them and look forward to contacting them for any future jobs that my arise. Ordered a replacement window for the front of the house. Javian and Jeremy showed up on time and immediately presented me with the building permit. DCC Builders did a superb job of replacing my old roof with high quality shingles at a very reasonable price. Derek was especially helpful in every aspect from explaining the process to selection of the perfect shingles to compliment the house. Once the 2 ½-day project got under way, Brandon was exceptionally responsive and helpful in answering all my questions and staying on top of the project. I’m pretty fussy about things and I complained to Brandon about finding some roofing nails that had been missed in the cleanup; the very next morning a full crew showed up with magnetic sweepers and did an additional sweep for nails all around the house. Also, a week after the project was completed, I discovered that an unknown vehicle had clipped and damaged a brick column beside the driveway. I suspected that the damage had been done by one of the roofer’s work trailers and I told Brandon about it. With no hesitation, Brandon had a brick mason repair the damage. I‘ve no reluctance in recommending this responsive, reliable and reasonably priced company to my best friends.Service: Roof repair

I took window count and measurements and sent them to DCC for an estimate. Receiving a reasonable price, i hired them. The installation crew arrived to document layout and offered to change standard bathroom windows for privacy windows. Since the original price was good i accepted without a new estimate. New windows were installed in about four hours with minimal intrusion since i work from home and the crew left the house clean and orderly. Final price was great with authentic privacy windows and not stickers. We have seen a noticeable decrease in power usage this summer and road noise since we live on a busy corner lot has almost vanished. Amazing quality and installation!Service: Window installation
