We used Integrity Homes & Construction for a roof replacement on our home. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The roofers themselves were extremely hardworking. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The roof looks great, and the city inspector said it was very well done. In addition, the company took the time, after the job was complete and paid in full, to write a letter in order to assist us with an insurance problem. They had nothing to gain by doing so, it was strictly to provide great customer service. Leaving review on behalf of my parents in Lakeland, FLWe received 3 estimates in mid March and we decided to go with Integrity Homes based on their estimate/contract being laid out really well and easy to follow knowing-showing how much each item would be. Chance was great to work with and he said construction on our roof would begin in May.The crew came today 5-15 right when they said they would be there. They replaced the roof in about 4 hours and cleaned up very nicely. We would recommend them highly!!!!

We hired Integrity to replace a roof. While the roof work is fine, and the crew was excellent, the company is not one I would recommend. Sean didn't listen to what we wanted, didn't pay attention to the pictures we showed him, didn't bother to go inside the building to see the damage visible there. They were 'no-shows' twice, and neither time did we get a call saying they weren't coming . Sean also did not respond to several texts, and when confronted with his lack of communication deflected to 'our secretary dropped the ball'. Our final bill was $1500 over the estimate - which if he had actually LOOKED, he would have seen what was needed. I have no doubt they do great new home construction, but I would not recommend them for a re-roof job. My advice - if you're buying a new home they're probably great, but if you're looking for a roofer, hire a company that specializes in roofing. Lesson learned. (but never again)

They did an awesome job on the roof on our home! The price was more than fair and the work was quality. Sean was great and worked with us to achieve what was most important to us. They did the roof in one day which was perfect for us. Maybe most important for me (as I have dogs in the yard) was that they did a great job cleaning up after. Definitely recommend this company!

First, it's hard to beat the price. I always get about six estimates before hiring any contractor that will be doing a job that costs more than a couple of hundred dollars. This job was no exception and Integrity Homes was the lowest bidder by about a thousand dollars. The highest bidder was over twice that amount, so it pays to do your homework. I have used these folks twice and they were the lowest bidder both times. Naturally, I was a bit concerned about what kind of quality I was going to get with such a great price, but I was pleasantly surprised that these folks do an outstanding job. The crew is friendly and helpful, not to mention totally professional. They show up on the day that was scheduled and they go right to work. I don't know what they feed these guys, but they don't stop working until the job is done. They don't even take breaks. Both times I used them the job was finished in one day and it came out beautiful both times. When they are finished, they clean up the mess and leave everything as they found it, except for leaving you with a wonderful roof job. Now, don't be afraid to call these folks because there is nothing at all high pressure about selling you the job. There is literally no sales pitch at all. They come in, measure your roof, and give you an estimate based on the type of materials you select. Then they leave. If you hire them though, expect to wait a few weeks to get the job done because they are very busy. That's no surprise when you consider the low price and high quality that they provide. Let me tell you, these folks always go the extra mile too. If they see something wrong with your roof, they fix it before installing the new roof. The first roof they did for me, they replaced some fascia boards, which wasn't really their job. On the second job they went out of their way to fix a place where one of the fascia boards had sagged at a joint. That took two guys about 30 minutes to get done. The only additional charge was for one 2X4 that was used. The bottom line is that, if you go with this company, you are going to get the right job at the right price. What more can you ask?

They are horrible. within 60 days after the roof installation we got a severe roof leak after a rain. They are not willing to repair it or provide their insurance information. Make sure you ask for that upfront, if you are brave enough to use them. Bad quality work and don't want to take responsibility.Service: Roof installation

They worked on my roof. When I got home the air conditioning was out. They obviously broke it. They brought out one of their sales people the next morning. He proceeded to tell me it was not their fault without even having a professional look at it. The employee said he was going to go talk to his boss. He never came back.I called in. That employee was rude with me and told me that I needed to contact another company. He hung up on me. They never called back or sent anyone out. They are taking to responsibility for it. It is going to cost over $1,000 to get fixed and again, they are taking no responsibility for it.Looking at the other reviews I can see I am not alone.

we contacted them to replace a skylight - estimate was given and agreed to but we told the rep we needed it done asap as our skylight had a hole in it. A week went by with no contact so we called the office only to find out the estimator never handed in the work order. They came out next day and installed a replacement light. A month later we had a separate contractor come out to fix the drywall only to find out they installed a skylight much to large. To make matters worse we now have a roof leak where they replaced shingles and we cant get a callback. Bottom line - do not trust them. Next step is BBB complaint and ultimately an attourney.

Met with the estimator but probably misunderstood what our needs were. I think he came to offer a roofing estimate, but I think we need a general contractor instead, it's just not a reroofing. He was very nice, but haven't heard back from the company yet so it seems that company doesn't want the work. I guess I'll look elsewhere.

I was given a quote by this company . I signed a paper and gave them half the money. When the project was done I received a bill for an extra 1000. I was prepared to pay the money I was quoted but not the extra. I agree to pay the first amount. It is bad business tafter you sign a contract to add more money on.. I even tried to pay half the money. They declined. I would never use this company again
