We had the opportunity to see a 3d rendering of the layout and discuss possible changes to the current space to meet the needs of our family. Our experience with Sadler Homes has been absolutely amazing.

We are so blessed to have Sadler Homes build our beautiful and well constructed home on our land. The craftsmenship is outstanding and beautiful work. They did not cut corners. We are enjoying our new home.We did not live locally and they put us at ease on the whole process of building the house with less stress. They are very professional and keep you inform with updates on the process in a timely manner. Sadler homes works with you on what ever you have in mind with your home. They listen to your needs. We have been in our home for a couple of weeks and found some manner things that needed to be fixed and they were on top of it right away. I would build my home with them again. We had an excellent experience with Sadler Homes. I have known Danny Sadler Jr. for many years. Moreover, prior to starting his own organization, my family has always looked to his experience in building award winning homes year after year based upon quality craftsmanship.We have a beautiful home that can accommodate many people for social occasions; however, the home had not been remodeled in many years. We put the house on the market in 2017 without success, so we decided to remodel the home to better meet our family's needs. Thankfully, Sadler Homes sat down with us and really listened to our needs and desires. They were able to take our conceptual ideas and not only provide drafts of layout options, but showed us all of the possible options with a computer program where we could walk through the remodeled home. They even presented options that we hadn't thought about based upon our family. This attention to detail allowed us to get a great idea of what the finished product would actually look like.While performing the actual remodel, Danny was responsive and professional making me feel comfortable during the transition. I also appreciated that they kept the home neat and cleaned up after themselves every day. The final product was completed on time and under budget. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sadler Homes for remodel.

We moved to Polk City from NW Florida. We are in our sixties but had never built a home. We were so blessed to be referred to Sadler Homes. Danny and Niki Sadler really know the true meaning of "custom build". We looked at many home builders before picking Danny and Nikki Sadler with Sadler Homes. When we first met Nikki and Danny we knew they would be the ones to build our dream home! Nikki's designer eye from the beginning took our vision and made it a reality. We ended up picking their Lang plan but suited it to our needs and exterior appeal. Danny's execution of our home went without a hitch even during covid. Nikki and Danny made our home building process a breeze and in the end we made some exceptional friends in the process. We love our home more and more each day and are so thankful we found the Sadlers! If there is ever a day we build another they will be the only call we make. P.S. we still owe you dinner! Highly recommend Sadler Homes, we hired them to put on a tin roof! They were very prompt with scheduling an estimate and we had our new roof as scheduled, they answered every phone call and responded the same day with any questions we had. Was very impressed with their crew who did an excellent job, they thoroughly cleaned up and Danny personally came by afterwards to check on everything. The inspection passed without any complications, several of my neighbors got business cards after seeing the finished product and text me saying how wonderful our home looks! You will not regret hiring them and will get exactly what you're looking for from this local family business....
