Sunshine truly went above and beyond. They actually had to come out twice because of the seller's agents lack of communication, no fault of their own. Outstanding experience from first contact through final report. Met the inspectors at the home site and received a thorough and helpful walkthrough with regard to all issues. I can’t say enough great things about this company. I felt from the start of the process they were actually protecting my interests and that I wasn’t just a “job”. There was a major issue that required a contractor to make repairs and it was down to the last hours of making sure the house was repaired correctly. Need a home Inspection?? Choose them!!! I’m so grateful to this family run business!! My husband and I were treated well from beginning to end. Mrs. Norma was the sweetest when scheduling my appointment. I scheduled a home inspection because my husband and I were interested in buying a home. A home that supposedly had a “prior passing inspection”. We were under contract for this home. What our inspector found had us shocked. The house was found to have damage in several areas. The damage couldn’t be seen by novice buyers like us. The house looked beautiful but it was hiding a lot…Let’s just say that water started leaking into the master bedroom during the inspection…… As First Time Home Buyers we went home that day and prayed for our Inspector Jonathon Fuller!!! Why? Because he did an honest job and was fully invested in making sure our “future” home was safe. He truly cares about his job and it showed. We didn’t buy the home because it wasn’t in our best interest. However, we will forever be grateful!!! Thanks a million

I call Norma and had Sunshine Inspections check a house in Lake Placid that I am looking to buy. I performed the initial inspection but missed a very important problem with a crack in the wall of the garage. It had been repaired and was barely visible (see photo between yellow lines) but Jonathan found the crack and other things that I did not see. He also found 2 major safety issues that would have cost us thousands.
