Robinsons Aluminum installed the front door screen today and I am in raptures! It is so very attractive and very professionally made and installed. My neighbors are in awe and truly it is one of the more aestheticallly pleasing front door screens in the community. My thanks to the owner Don Robinson for his patience and willingness to accomodate my wish to be at home during the installation process. Thanks Melissa - an office personnel - for your courtesies and for taking time to keep me abreast of the manufacturing timetable. I am very satisfied with this Company and highly recommend them. We are thrilled with our new pool enclosure. It looks fabulous! We got a fair price for an outstanding product. Everyone we dealt with in the company was professional and friendly. Initially after the enclosure was built we noticed a small leak in the roof. The service crew painstakingly found the leak and sealed it up immediately. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. Thanks to Jake, the service crew, office staff and the owner for designing and building our new outdoor space! We will not hesitate to recommend you to our friends.HURRICANE IAN UPDATE: Considering all the wind and damage around us our enclosure held up perfectly. I am having a similar experience as Jeff. Steve came to my home on time and was very nice and knowledgeable, but now it's been a month and I've not received the estimate. I called the office today and they told me they will have Steve get back to me tomorrow. We shall see if he does.I'm happy to report that I got a call back and Steve was very apologetic and sent my estimate out right away. The four stars is because I shouldn't have had to contact them back and wait a month. I'll update once the work is done.

My experience was at first a very pleasurable one. I called for an appraisal and was greeted with kind professional people. Shortly after I had a very knowledgeable kind representative named Steve who came to my home. I provided them with my official survey to allow for any permits and give a more accurate estimate. Steve assured me he would get back to me once he had all details in place.Weeks went by and I never heard from Steve. I sent a follow email, again no response. A month had gone by after a couple of reach out emails. I then called the office, provided my information assured Steve was coming in that afternoon and would call me back. He never did. Called the next day and since it was late, the woman on the other end assured me they would gather my information and call me back. Never did. They apparently do not want my money.

My name is Diana, I had to edit this review because I don't have a picture to post, because this review is not coming from Robinson's Aluminum. I didn't want people to think they were writing their own review. I wanted to screen in my front porch. First of all, the guy who came out was very respectful to social distance when he got here. Thank you for that. The were there at the time they said they would be. He explained to me right away that they were about 8-12 weeks out. Which I understood. I would rather someone tell me ahead of time, instead of not hearing from someone in a long time thinking they forgot about me. They actually came out earlier than they had said, so totally happy about that. So I'll just jump to the end to say they did a fantastic job!! And I enjoy sitting on my front porch while it rains. Thank you again

Fast, professional results on large pool enclosure. Brian and Jacob did an amazing job, consulted me on details, answered my questions, and quickly adapted the plan to my exact specifications. Company manager came after to inspect and verify that the enclosure was perfect. Highly recommended.

Had a employee come out after weeks of waiting for a estimate, the employee did not wear a mask thats the first thing, second he walk all over the grass, and third never got their email with the estimate, very un profesional i wish i could remember the employee name. I believe it was steve, its funny how they always answer the 5 star review but never the 1 stars, that says a lot about them.

Robinson's Aluminum extended our lanai flooring, added a bird cage and replaced the screening in the existing part of the lanai in Dec 2016. The entire construction experience was positive. However, I am really praising their work now as we just went through Hurricane Irma and the lanai is completely intact - not a single iota of damage even though we took the brunt of the storm in Lakeland!

Came out for an estimate and provided a price competitive to what others quoted. I am still waiting on the written contract and work to be completed. Will update once the job is completed. Hopefully it will be 5 stars then.

Very poor communication their project managers do not communicate they don't show up on time when asked they will message you saying they'll meet you in the morning and they don't show up they'll message you saying they have a quote and they're going to send it to you and they never do when you tell them a date that they have to be finished by they don't tell you until the last minute that they can't be done by that day I am a project manager and I know the number one most important is communication they need to go to class on thatService: Fan installation
