I had such a great experience with Blues Brothers Roofing. The sales rep was very patient and thorough as I asked a million questions and wanted to know all the different options. He wrote up a quote that was extremely detailed and listed out every single cost and then explained it all to me.I got two other quotes but Blues Brothers Roofing was the best value and the only company I really trusted.They worked very quickly and I was quite impressed with how well they protected my property and then cleaned up after.I would highly recommend this company.

This is our second experience with Blues Brothers and we're glad we called them. They came out right away, gave a very fair assessment of what we needed and sent a crew out within a week to complete the work. It took two days, the Crew, Nathan, Eloi and Eric were super courteous and were careful with our property. The roof is warranted for three years in case something happens, but like last time, their work is solid and I'm confident it will last. Thank you Blues Brothers for being one of the very few roofing companies that actually is fair and is proficient.

I received quotes from 8 roofing companies and Blues Brothers was by far the most professional with their sales presentation and they had the best priced quote. Other quotes ranged from $4K-$25K greater than the quote from Blues Brothers. All work was completed in the original time frame that I was guaranteed without any delays. Our experience in working with Blues Brothers far surpassed our expectations. Blues Brothers Roofing Company did an excellent job with our roof from start to finish. Steve Stepniewski did a great job from the initial call to the final touches. He made the purchasing process easy and simple to understand. As with all construction, there are delays for getting permits and inspections. Unlike the horror stories I have heard from others about their roofing company, Steve and the crew consistently communicated timelines and explained what was going on behind the scenes. Every text message and phone call was returned promptly with professionalism. The tear-off work crew was phenomenal. They were here early and stayed a little late to make sure everything was done to protect our house until the shingles could be put on. I am very happy to say, we didn't have any leaks the whole process (even before the shingles were put on). The shingle crew was just as good and did a great job. Our new roof looks great and all of the crews cleaned up the mess before they left. Thank you for a job well done!!!! I highly recommend Steve and everyone at BBRC. I had my home reroofed, from shingle to metal, using Blues Brothers. Prior to selecting a company, I got 3 estimates. Though not the lowest price, Blues Brothers quote was very competitive. What pushed them across the finish line with me was their attention to detail, communication, professionalism, great Google reviews and a vast body of local work pictured on their web page. Beautifully done homes. I live in a fairly modest home and though Blues Brothers does a lot bigger projects, they never made me feel my home was any less important. Excellent business model and they walk it like they talk it.Never had a roof replaced and it’s important anyone else who hasn’t understands this is a fairly significant construction project. Blues Brothers provided exhaustive info on what to expect, what they’ll do to make this as non-disruptive as possible and a detailed timeline of the various stages. Super helpful. Steve, the main point of contact, is attentive and available for questions and direction along the way. Something many contractors fail at.Additionally, there’s a team of people attached to your roof project beyond Steve, who are also available for communication as the roofing project moves along. We had some minor bumps in the road, but Blues Brothers fully resolved things and the end result is a gorgeous, brand new metal roof. It’s every bit as nice, if not better than expected. Done on time, ahead of schedule actually. I’ve already directed my sister to Blues Brothers for her roof replacement. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended.

From the initial sales call to final inspection, Blues Brothers Roofing was excellent. The quality of work was excellent, performed by a team of professionals. The sales rep and project manager will always there and available to talk to. The timelines for the various stages were all met with no delays (despite COVID supply chain disruptions). The costs initially quoted never increased. I got four quotes for my roof. Their price was not the most or least expensive. I did my research, speaking to the community members and conducting social proof online. Everything checked out and I'm extremely happy with my choice to use Blues Brothers Roofing and more importantly, the result. The sales guy, Steve, was always a call away when i had questions and Marisol took over when his job was done with all the help we needed. We interviewed several local and reputable roofing contractors for the job of replacing our roof damaged by Hurricane Irma. Blues Brothers visited with us several occasions at our home before we felt ready to make our decision on which Company to hire. They were never too busy for us and our questions and concerns. They explained the process in detail and incorporated our specific requests into their proposal. They were fair, honest and highly competitive with their pricing and their estimate was the most detailed and thorough from all the companies that we interviewed. Working with Steve, Kelly, Jason, Gabriel and the entire Blues Brothers Team was a pleasure. From contract to post completion they were responsive and detail oriented and understood the involvement of the bank and insurance companies. They insisted on a clean working environment and handled any issues that arose with immediate attention. No request was too small or too burdensome and they frequently visited the job site to personally check on the progress. Finding a great local contractor for a job as important, and expensive, as a roof replacement is a daunting challenge for many of us that may only do this once in our lifetimes. Let me start buy saying that Blues Brothers are great. These guys spent 12 hours in one day working on the roof. Mind you that is in the first week of July in Florida. A little bit more than another 8 hours a few days later completed the job. WOW!. Steve S3 did a great job as supervisor keeping me posted via email as to everything that was going on on a timely basis. Could not be more happy with the entire project. I highly recommend Blues Brother Construction for all your roofing needs. Steve Stepniewski is the salesman that I worked with. He is a great guy and was spot on as to how things would transpire from start to finish.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately I had to reverse my updated rating back to the original one star review and would give zero stars if possible, due to incompetence, poor workmanship, and what appears to be dishonesty by the owner, who told me over the phone that if I wasn't satisfied with their services I could hire another company and they would issue a refund. After giving them multiple chances to repair the leak they were hired for, they couldn't figure out the problem. I had to hire another company because Blues Brothers couldn't figure out the problem and took their time coming back every time I called to let them know the leak was still present. In the meantime water damage and mold was increasing in my home. Once the new company completed the proper repair I sent Blues Brothers 17 pages with 34 pictures of their poor workmanship and they have yet to issue the promised refund. I hired this company on July 10. Today is August 17. Definitely not worth the aggravation.

Blues Brothers installed my roof a few months ago. They did a good job overall.They are truly a professional company. A fair price, a good sales process where they thoroughly explained each point on the proposal, and good job management.Other than a few bumps along the way which you have to expect from jobs like this, I only have one meaningful gripe. They told me the job was done. When I went out to look at the roof after they left, I noticed the mortar spots you can see in the attached picture. That is a view from the street and obviously it is an eyesore. My HOA would definitely send me a letter on that one. There was another spot like that on another part of the roof, too. I just don't know how a company can walk away from a job looking like that, especially when the issue is so visible. After I called them, they quickly came back to address the issues, but unfortunately the only way they could fix it was to break the tiles. Also unfortunate, it was raining so they couldn't put the new tile on at that time. It was exposed to rain over the weekend (see other picture) and they came back and put the new tiles on after the weekend and things had dried up. Certainly would have been better not to break the tile until everything was dry and they could put the new tile on at the same time. The underlayment being exposed to rain for a few days was concerning to me. Also, breaking tiles and wedging new ones in on a brand new roof was also concerning from a barrier integrity point of view. However, the salesperson assured me it would all be fine and this wouldn't cause any problems. He is probably right, but I sure would have preferred my brand new $50k roof didnt need to be broken up and exposed as soon as it was completed.All things considered, I'd recommend them. Just be sure to inspect the finished product very carefully.

I thought I had a roof leak and needed a repair. I called Blues Brothers after reviewing their work on line, goggle reviews. From the very moment I called the main number. Denise who answered the phone was so nice, professional and empathetic when she was gathering my information.Abut 20 minutes later I got a call from Edo who took more detailed information from me. I was overwhelmed by Edo’s politeness and professionalism. She really was interested in every detail I relayed. 30 minutes later there was a video sent to me informing me of the next steps. 30 minutes after that I received a call from Steve Stepniewski roofing division who took some more details from me and then arranged for Chris Thomas to meet me a day later. Chris was very prompt and listened carefully to all my details. He got up on the roof and looked at everything where the leak might be coming in. He told me the rood area looked great and doubted that the water I was seeing was from a roof leak. When he got down from the roof he looked again at the area on the garage ceiling I was concerned about. Immediately he said it’s not the roof is the problem, either the AC unit pipes were leaking or some other pipe in the attic.It turns out Chris was 100% correct.3 hours later I had the water pipe leak repaired.I have to say Chris’s honesty and integrity is worthy of great praise. Obviously he knew what he was talking about and his reassurance the roof was intact and needed no work was a great relief.Although I did not need Blues Brothers Construction company to solve my problem, this consultation cost me nothing and pointed me to the real cause of the problem.I have to commend all the above individuals for their professionalism and honesty. This tells me a lot about this company and their employees.
