Roof leaked twice after the repair. They "fixed" it the first time it leaked again, after multiple phone calls and emails. The 2nd time it leaked they stopped replying to me and completely ghosted me.

Awesome experience. This company was professional, punctual and it was the best quote we could find. We needed a new concrete tile roof for our Cove house in East Deerfield beach. We worked with Debbie, she made the tile selection easy and helped us navigate the many options to find the best looking, affordable and most durable product for our home. She was a great communicator and the whole process was fast and seamless. We used DBS to replace our roof, put in a new hurricane impact sunroof and resurface our flat top patio roof in the back. It couldn’t have gone smoother. The new roof made a huge difference to the look of our home. It was a solid, and surprisingly affordable investment. We put our home on the market 2 months after replacing the roof and it sold within the first day of showings for full asking price, and honestly we think it was the gorgeous new roof that sealed the deal. Definitely worth the investment and it paid back in spades. Can’t recommend highly enough!

DBS Roofing did an excellent job on my tile roof. We were informed throughout the process. The process went very smooth from beginning to end. They even did some extra work for us. The guys that were out here were very nice and cleaned up around our house. They are clean organized and friendly. They also protected our a/c, plants, driveway and pool. The job was on schedule and the pricing was fair. The roof looks beautiful! I will recommend them to Friends and family.

The guy's at dbs did a fantastic job for us.We didn't know who to get to install our new tile roof, we got several estimates from different companies. When we got an estimate from dbs they said our roof was in great shape it just needed some minor maintenance. They saved us thousands of dollars on a new roof that we didn't need. They started and finished when they said they would, plus they were so clean during the process you couldn't tell anyone had done any work.I will definitely hire them to do all my construction needs and recommend them to anyone.

I have to say it was very hard to find a decent roofer in the Boca Raton area, but these guys actually exceeded my expectations. Not only did they do a fantastic job on our flat roof, but they gave us a fair price, and they didn't rip us off. Imagine that in South Florida! There were no games or hidden charges. I thought they did right by us when they removed a solar tube and patched up the hole, but now we've just had our second home insurance policy cancelled because of the work they did. We had the work assessed by a local roofer we know and he said that the new tiles were not laced in properly. When I requested documentation regarding the work they did, the owner said that she no longer has any of those records[Note: They did this work approx three years ago, but as the nature of this type of work is intended to provide long-term benefits, I didn't feel that it was inappropriate to submit this review now.]

Stay Away.All I needed was a small leak repair. Their sales man convinced me to apply for ygrene loan to get the repair, I did. I only needed a small section of the roof repaired but since ygrene approved me for up to $17k, he wanted me to use it all up and practically redo my entire house, I said no. All I need is a simple leak repair. He did not take that well. I finally agreed to re-shingled the closed garage where the leak was, even though I believe it was more than need. After the job was done,,,, only half the garage was re-shingled!! Only half the garage!! I have pictures. And of course the leaks did not stop because they reshingled on the end that wasn't leaking and the half that was not re-shingled is where the leak was. After calling him, he said the roofers only re-shingled the area that needed to be done??? What about the area we agreed on? Does that mean I only have to pay you half? No! They wanted the full payment and if I wanted to do the rest of the roof, I needed to pay them more. Next thing I know they put a lein on the property for the full amount, not taking into account that I paid half upfront or that they only did half the job.Look around for other roofers, this company is expensive and I found another competitor to finish the job and it cost less than DBS.Thanks Kevin.You'll get your money when I sell the house since it's a lien, but DBS will never know the loss of business from potential clients who read my honest review.Stay AwayKind RegardsDavid

A balcony seal/tile job became a six week ordeal of missed work days and poor communication throughout. In the end, I have a amateur result that will require correction. They slopped grout everywhere on tiles poorly lined up and destroyed the screen on the sliding door and during the process. At some point, I'll have to have someone qualified come in and redo the job...it is that bad. If you're using these folks, document everything in case the final job fails.
