WARNING!! STAY AWAY FROM INTEGRITY ROOFING AND WATERPROOFING!! I originally signed a contract with Integrity Roofing company in July of 2018. I had them coat the roof with what they said was an elastomeric roof coating which would be guaranteed for ten years for labor and materials. I paid $3,100.00. I have been calling them since January to stand behind their guarantee. They said that they would recoat the roof, but they NEVER did. I met with a company worker who said they needed to reapply the coating. I called and called and called the owner Karl Calkin without success. They stopped all communication with me, and I have a disaster on my hands as of Sunday, June 13, 2022. There is no integrity here. Take a look at these pictures taken yesterday. I just signed a contract with another company to replace the roof for $8,900. This disaster is their fault for not standing behind their guarantee. Mr. Calkin, did you think this problem would magically go away? You should refund my money, or you are looking at a possible lawsuit here.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof repair

Vince was the only contractor out of three I called who showed up for the estimate. He scheduled the work for 9am the next morning. His two workers showed up at EXACTLY 9am the next day. Completed the work in a timely manner. I was very pleased.Service: Roof repair

I contacted with Vince, employee, really nice person but when the job was promised for one day and it wasn’t completed, I spoke with the owner. The owner was rude, unprofessional, nasty and with a horrible attitude. He even said to me “your voice gives me a headache”. The owner is an embarrassment and I felt so disrespected. Vince had to repeatedly apologize to me. It’s a shame.

Company owner made an appointment, took my time, but then refused to do any work, even though the work, "is in scope of expertise". Older owner with young helper needed to do the work by his own admission, is "only interested in doing only easy repair jobs."

They came out to waterproof a roof uncovered patio. The waterproofing worked. They did a good job. Stars change to 4.
