A large tree hit my house as the result of a tornado. Not only did the Kruger Disaster Recovery Team respond the same day, but they worked tirelessly for hours upon hours until it the job was completed. Additionally, I forgot to ask the team to take pictures, when I finally remembered I thought it would be too late, however, they had taken more than enough pictures for my insurance company. Thank you all so much!!

I must say this company was very professional and efficient. Our insurance company found then and they were sent out to fix a emergency tarp that was messed up by another roofing company. We were given a time frame that they would arrive and they arrived before that time and within minutes everything was fixed and looking great. We are so happy with the outcome. We will definitely be referring this company to our friends and family.

My insurance company sent them out to place a tarp on my roof on July 20, 2022. On September 28, 2022, multiple sand bags burst and we realized that the sand bags were filled with rocks. I contacted the company and was called back and told that the were preparing for a hurricane and that no crew would be sent and also that it was past my 60 day warranty. When I questioned why there were rocks in the sandbags, the lady was very rude told me that "it is sand" and hung up on me. I called back requesting management and heard nothing. These rocks are falling from my roof into my yard and driveway and they are definitely not pebbles. Also the tarp has now damaged my roof even more and bags are still bursting!

On June 25 2022, my home insurance company- FrontLine, hired Krugar to put Tarp on my roof due to water damage from a rain and wind storm. When the crew finished the job I asked them how long are the sand bags will last as it take months to get roof tiles these days. They told me they should be good for 6-12 months. 3 months later all bags are torn and ripped. I asked a roofer, that came to check, and he told me that sand bags should last at least 6-9 months and better ones last for 1-2 years. He told me that the sand bags that were used were either old or very poor quality. I called the company and was referred to answering service. I requested to talk to a company representative and was ignored numbers of time until I got an email stating the the warranty they gave me is good for only for 2 months, called again and got an answering service again, left a message and never got a call back. Stay away from this company, they use either old or very inferior sand bags and have lousy customer service.

Half stars for half the service. They called and came promptly. Took the tree but left a huge mess of left over branches and leaves all over back yard and our front yard and neighbors. Should do a complete job.

They showed up on time, in the middle of the madness with roads closed, etc.They did an outstanding job tarping the roof.No nails, so no extra damage to anything.They used sandbags to hold the tarps down, locked the seams together with wood and rope.I would absolutely recommend them, and use them again if needed - although I hope I never do need them again.

Great company with great work ethic employees. After hurricane Ian, massive trees felt on my house and fence. Called Kruger on Friday afternoon, and Walter T. Team showed up on the next morning,Saturday morning, they were working at my house 3 days straight until they removed all the giant trees and debris from my house in Fort Myers. They were all very friendly, did a great job. Thank you for the excellent service!5 star service!!!

We were very concerned about further rain damage to our home following some damage already done to our roof due to Hurricane Ian, but we were so happy when the Kruger Disaster Recovery crew arrived to put a tarp on our roof. Kruger crew members were courteous and worked together very quickly and efficiently to protect our home. They gave us much-needed peace of mind.

The wind whipped the rain onto the roof, in a storm on April 2, 2022, opening up an entry into the front door area & beyond. Certainly, not abig deal, compared to the constant disasters across the States w/brutal storms.Reported the damage 2 the insurance company & w/in 3 days, a saving grace appeared w/2 angels, from KRUGER to cover the damaged area of the roof!Considering that the area in need of repair is a dormer window, the task was evidently easily covered by the two workers, from Kruger. We were thrilled to see how good the coverage, even looked from the street. These 2 men, did a beautiful job, stretching out the tarp, tying it in place and spreading out the sand bags.When it became difficult, to find roofers to tackle the job for repair, I was quite satisfied just to leave the tarp, on the roof!That tarp was finally removed after being on our roof, for two months! Great coverage and extremely professional looking, too. We highly recommend Kruger, if misfortune happens to hit your roof and you find yourself seeking assistance in protecting your home.

I don’t usually leave a review’s but since I was unable to tip the guys. This is the least that I can do. I am beyond grateful for the service this company provided to me. Even at the last minute Cintia Silva was able to fit me in to have my roof retarp. Which was the day of the storm. She is such a sweetheart, professional and patient. The guys that came out to retarp my roof, did a superb job! With winds at 75miles/hr (Hurricane Nicole) the tarp remain secured and intact. My neighbors they were all shocked and wanted the Krugers info. But unfortunately this company only works with insurance groups. If given the option from your insurance company. A large tree limb went down in a storm. He crushed part of my shed and as I'm an elderly semi-retired semi disabled person the job was much too big for me. I called my insurance agency and they referred me to Kruger disaster recovery. They sent out to man Lazaro and Martin. I was extremely impressed with the team. The amount of work that they got done was incredible.I have worked in management in labor intensive fields for many years and I know how hard it is to find a worker who will really work. I mean the kind of backbreaking sweat pouring go home sore kind of work that I watched these guys do.Martin, who was the smaller of the two, wielded a 3 ft bar big chainsaw like it was a butter knife and did an incredible job of cutting the large limb into movable pieces. Lazaro picked up and hauled out pieces of tree and bundles of branch that I actually thought could not be moved by a single man. His dedication and the strength of his hands and arms to pick up and move these objects was so amazing I actually broke out in laughter watching a man work that hard.Because of the lay of the land in my yard they could not get their truck close to where they tree debris was. Although I told them it would be okay to try to drive their truck into my yard they didn't want to damage any of the turf so they said no no it's okay we'll move everything. They were moving huge branches and logs that weighed hundreds of pounds 40-50 70 ft putting it in the truck and never stoppingThey never stop for one second or took one break the entire time they were here they were card and got the job done in an incredibly short amount of time.I was extremely impressed and although tree removal is not listed in their services they did a great job.

Our tarp which Krueger installed started disintegrating and sand ftrom the sand bags was blowing on our lanai and into the poolTarps were starting to come apart. Kruger provided tree removal and tarping of our roof after a 70 foot tree fell on it. Luckily for us, the tree hit at an angle and didn't crush the roof. They hired a crane to lift the tree over the home (unbelievable to watch) plus cut the tree up and stacked it for FEMA removal. They worked until 11:30 pm to clear the tree off the house and roadway where it was being cut up. Returned the next morning for cleanup. Prompt, professional service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing disaster relief.

Kruger was hired by my insurance company to medigat the damage to my roof, they were very responsive, very professional, and they did a great job, I would recommend this company to anyone.As a matter of fact later on a roofing company went up on the roof for inspection, and they specifically asked me which tarp company I used because they were impressed with their work.

The Restoration Company that took care of my house after a fire incident didn’t specialize in Roof Tarp, but they referred me to Kruger. The Roof was tarped by Kruger, and the Tarp is still impeccably placed there, even after 4 months installed. Shoutout to these guys! Nevertheless, I’m still waiting for the Insurance Carrier’s approval to have a new roof.
