We started our Roof project a few Months ago and we are in the final stages. The tiles are a couple of weeks out but i just could not wait until the end to say how pleased we are with this company. We were new to the Coral springs area so had no referrals to go buy. We contacted 6 roofing companies and by far Mighty Dog was the most professional and just made us feel comfortable with our decision. They use Drone Video to measure the roof and inspect which was very cool and quick. They walked us thru tile selection and explained the difference with pros and cons. when the time came to start removing the old roof they came with the first class workers. They repaired problem areas with precision and at the end of each day left the grounds spotless. We are dried in for now and I will follow up in a few weeks when the tile arrives. Oh i almost forgot the coolest office and nicest people i have met since moving to Coral Springs. Had to share the office pics and yes that is the office of the #1 roofing company.

With all the horror stories you hear about roofing contractors, I had a lot of trepidation in selecting Mighty Dog Roofing, primarily because there was not much to go on with regard to customer review history, etc. And quite honestly, every step of the way, I expected the worse to occur.But fortunately, none of that happened. First, Mighty Dog was awarded the business because of the price, but also, they were willing, on their dime, to do a temporary fix on a bad leak we had while I waited months to get the tiles in. None of the other companies I talked to were willing to do that. During the sales process, the sales manager did a good job of fulfilling my needs and working with the HOA, etc., to get them the proper paperwork. All the personnel who worked on the job seemed very diligent and hard-working and made the work site clean every day.But, the superstar and difference maker on their team was their GM, who was the best communicator I have ever dealt with in any business. She was available any time of the day, any day of the week, and stayed on top of everyone and every third-party contractor, and the coordination of a complex undertaking was handled very well. There were, of course, some glitches with the timing of the permit, tile delivery, and even a broken truck that delayed the start date, but she delivered all the news, bad or good, promptly, with no excuses. I have also said a client will take bad news over no news any day. Her responsiveness was the biggest reason I recommend your company to others. She actually cared about our happiness and satisfaction, which is a rare trait these days. They also sent me photos every day of all the progress on the job, which was a nice touch.I would strongly recommend Mighty Dog (and their gutter company,) whose name I do not recall, to do your roofing project.

Carla Rocha, the Boca Raton Branch Manager is the BEST. Good communicator, diligent, honest, keeps her word, and takes a customer service first approach to every issue. My house project was the first one for Mighty Dog (new Boca office) in Coral Springs and we encountered many hurdles, especially with the permit. But Carla was able to navigate through all of it with the utmost professionalism, even when I was frustrated with how long the process was taking. To be fair, most of the encountered delays were beyond Mighty Dog's control. I would have rated them 5 stars if I had an equally stellar experience with the sales team. The final work product was EXCELLENT in the end and the house looks beautiful.

The Mighty Dog Roofing rep arrived on time for the initial estimate and was very professional. They used a drone for the inspection and I received a full 24 pages report. They responded to my emails and phone calls promptly and answered all of my questions. They were very organized and kept me updated on the progress of the project. The roofers were skilled and efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and they made sure that I was happy with the final product. It took them 3 weeks from the initial deposit, to install a full tile roof. Overall, I was very impressed with Mighty Dog Roofing Boca Raton. They provided me with a high-quality service at a fair price, and I would definitely use them again.
