A large area of our ceiling was cracking and falling down due to faulty construction. I found this company online and was impressed by its professional, friendly website, so I took a chance and called. The phone service was great and I was told up front how the company works and what to expect. Two handymen arrived right on time the very next day and in just a few hours the ceiling was repaired and painted perfectly. They showed me their work in progress, so I could see the actual damage. Before opening up the ceiling, they protected the work zone with plastic sheets and then meticulously cleaned up the whole area when finished - something many contractors don't do. Great service and friendly, professional work. Highly recommend!

I am so happy. What else is there to say? I gave them very difficult jobs. They arrived only one hour later, on the same day. They did the jobs perfectly. They were respectful, considerate and excellent! I liked them so much that I asked them to walk around my house with me, so we could identify additional jobs for them to do. I will DEFINITELY call them any and every time I need anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The handyman repaired drywall and painted the wall in the laundry room area. He was very easy to talk to and answered all questions when asked. He kept a clean area after the job was done. The owner also kept in touch with me to make sure that they could still come at the time scheduled--in fact, they came a little earlier than expected. The job was a one hour job. I had a loose handle in my master shower that a plumber came out twice to try and fix but said he couldn’t fix it until I get somebody to cut the granite so he could get his tools to fit in the hole behind the shower handle that was supposedly stripped!That’s when I called Mr. Handyman to come out! They we’re on time and very professional. I explained the problem and he fixed the handle without cutting into my beautiful granite! He also fixed the shower head holder that was loose! Everything done within an hour when I had already paid for a plumber to come out twice telling me he did a temporary fix but I would need to cut the granite for a permanent fix! Hired them to install some lamps and ceiling fans, and to install a doggie door. Ceiling fans and lamps were installed ok by the owner, but one ceiling fan installed by one of their handymen got loose, so I had to hire someone new to make sure it was properly installed. The doggie door was another issue. They requested and I sent them relevant information and pictures of the installation area and the product to be installed before booking the appointment. The owner/lead handyman was not happy to have to do the work and grunted and was in a lousy mood during the whole process. Granted, it was a hard thing to do because there was concrete to be cut, and I kept asking how it was coming along with no answers throughout the day. At 4pm, he stopped work and decided to leave, leaving me the unfinished work you can see here. When I asked him what were the next steps, he said we needed to schedule another day to have them come and finish, at extra cost. All day, I had been asking how he was coming along, and he could have simply explained the situation, difficulty level, etc, but you do not go and leave a work in this stage. It is unacceptable and unprofessional. His attitude did not reflect at all the great service I received from Sabina when I was setting up the appointment. Rino and James did a very good job - with less than 24 hours notice. The result (ceiling repairs to drywall) was really good and the repair matches the surrounding ceiling. Once painted you can hardly see the difference. Jasmine was outstanding with her attentive, detailed and caring customer service. I had one follow up comment which was addressed immediately. If the team had paid attention to a cleanup detail I'd give them 5 stars. My wife is happy with the work and we'll use them again. Thanks!

Very disappointed with my experience. I hired them to help with some storage projects and help reinforce some garage shelving which was working but I wanted to strengthen.The professional ripped it out of the wall when he was testing it. After "fixing and reinforcing it" with assurances it would hold, he charged me for an hour of work. The shelf came out of the wall that day. They would not refund me for the hour that he spent working on the shelf even though the shelf had to be taken down.If you use them, be careful how they charge you for their time. I should've not accepted the one hour charge which isnt cheap ($125/hour).
