Reece Windows doesn't know how to read posted no trespassing and no soliciting signs (I have both in plain view). They should learn how to read and stop soliciting where they are not permitted to and stop trespassing on people's property. I would have emailed them directly however they don't post an email address to contact them on their website.

I ordered hurricane impact windows and one of the window that was being installed had cracked glass (so much for impact resistance).I was told the glass will be replaced in 3 weeks but I would still need to pay the entire balance. I refused to pay the balance until the job was complete. The installers connected me to a guy on the phone who proceeded to tell me that it's his company and he makes the rules so I need to pay now and they will cover the broken glass under service/warranty. I did not think this was right since the glass was installed broken. If the glass was broken at a later time I would understand it being a service repair but in this case it wasn't.In the end after getting all kinds of attitude from the "owner" he said fine I can pay after the glass is repaired. Keep in mind I was told initially to pay a deposit then pay the balance after the job was complete, which I agreed to do.A broken glass on initial installation of Hurricane Impact Windows is not a good look at all. Reece windows and Doors was the worst company I've ever tried to due business with. They were very unprofessional and for a company who wanted my business didn't seem to care. They even stood me up on our first appointment. I can't imagine anyone doing business with this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Reece Windows & Doors are excellent. Good prices, experienced, friendly, professional and dependable. Installation was quick. They actually hang plastic from the ceiling down on the inside surrounding the window while they work, keeping dust out of the house. Having never replaced windows before it was an experience I was nervous about paying for. The crew was on time and super responsive in letting me know what to expect… they set up tents to prevent the dust from going into my home and cut around the windows while another guy held a shop vac…. I scheduled a quote from this company and had a sales rep provide an estimate. The rep was nice until I wouldn’t commit to buying the windows today. He crumpled up my 1 year quote and refused to give it to me. He also slammed my front door at me on his way out. This is all because I said I wanted to get other quotes, and I wasn’t sure I wanted to use their product yet. Very unprofessional and rude. Do not use this company.

I would recommend this company! Very professional! Had one window that was installed that didn’t have the gas (color) go all the way down. They replaced it in a timely fashion without any issue! Matt was really awesome. I shopped around a lot and found out the hard way that the cheapest is def NOT the best. The prices were very fair and the service was excellent. I left a message on Tuesday asking for a call back from the manager and/or owner. No call...no communication.The ironic thing is that their salesman was soliciting our neighborhood and upsetting several homeowners since we are a gated community with signs that say."no soliciting". I was going to offer him an opportunity an possibility to put a notice in our newsletter or distribute flyers. He lost that opportunity.
