Andy of Signature Restorations stopped by my condo to check the drywall in my closet for damage after my new water heater started spraying the same day of installation because the nut/bolt to the hot water was not tightened properly. He was quick to respond to my call and determined upon inspection that the drywall and floor was not damp and no further services (fans to dry it out) were needed for me (unfortunately my neighbor below me wasn't so lucky). When I reached out to him again for additional questions, he again was prompt and very helpful in explaining the process of restoration and inspections.I highly recommend Andy and his team!

Just imagine...water pouring down from your kitchen light fixtures, brown spots appearing on your ceilings from water pressure and your ceiling collapsing from an onset of torrential rain...Well that happened to us and thank goodness we called Signature Restoration, which is a name that came highly recommended to us. We contacted Andy Barcenas from Signature Restoration and he came to our home the very next morning. He assessed the damage, explained his plan to restore my home step by step and immediately made us feel at ease. Andy and his crew were at the house at the same time daily. They were courteous, explained what they were doing each day and cleaned up after themselves. Ceilings in 4 rooms were restored/replaced. Popcorn was removed (couldn’t be happier about that), and walls were painted in my choice of color. Our home looks brand new.
